Exactly. This is the experience of the core player IMO i.e. those who play fairly seriously and put a lot of time into the game, but still have lives and jobs to maintain outside it.

I don't expect this problem to be solved yet. It's early access. But I think it needs to be on GGGs radar, because if it's in the same state at release the game won't be playable long term.
