IMO the problem in a nutshell with infusions is I thought they were going to be a cool bonus way to scale damage - but the entire stormweaver ascendancy is now designed around them. Comboing together 5+ skills and infusions so you can do still paltry damage is too much work.
The instant weapon swap has a lot of potential going forward but all the skills in this game feel so clunky and awful to use it's incredible. They haven't worked on that at all. They're just ok with it because everyone is terrified of leaving negative feedback.

The game is drowning in toxic positivity so badly that I question whether GGG is ever going to make the game better at this point. I thought they were 2 years away from release when they first released the beta and it still looks like they're 2 years away from release today. The first league where they add challenges and the game is still bad is the league I quit PoE 2 permanently.

0.3 is certainly the best state the game has ever been in but the campaign is still just entirely too long.
if they cut it in half it would still be on the edge.

i couldnt agree more ..... this is another hack job.. they promised all the good things in stream and held the tree back so players could not see what they were really doing .... maybe they buffed everything but prior to release oh this is to strong nerf nerf nerf.. i dont think they know what having fun is.. the campaign shouldnt feel like a full time job that u want to kill your self to get out of .. the game shouldnt be slow and sluggish.. i am playing with crossbow build i have died 117 time and just now at the final boss of act 2.... when u die that many times it takes the fun right out of the game... i guess its time to hang this one up for good and let the numbers of active players fall back off so they can see how bad they are actually doing... smh if they wanted poe2 to be different then poe 1 then they should have created a whole new game with a whole new NAME so players who like poe 1 dont get mis informed in to playing this pile of garbage... nope they instead piggy back of a title who started to gain more and more traction as a franchise just for this exorbitant heaping pile of dog @#$# to back set the trust people had in the Path of Exile name.. this will forever be a stain on the franchise if they dont fix it soon..

sorc just feels so..meh to play right now. hitting act 3 and fire doesnt have good mob clear, ice doesnt have the damage, tired of running the same lightening shit over and over again...i feel like .3 is the best version of the game so far but the lack of good feeling skills, basic damage, build diversity and ascendancies that feel good to play kill the drive to grind out the game. maybe .4 will be better.

A janky sprint with the turning radius of a dump truck that cancels out with a 1 second long animation when you hit any wall, stick, rock, or small piece of debris doesn't fix the campaign length for you?
