Unlike the original comment suggested people needing to redo the campaign isn't hurting the playernumbers.

First it was a free weekend numbers are inflated , second and much much more important , the amount of people playing is not = to the amount of people that have finished the campaign.

You weren't forced to pay, and you've even received ingame currency for it. And I bet you've played more than 100h.

But yeah, it's the devs fault you're not patient enough to wait till 1.0 and f2p.

This is an EA; it makes perfect sense for people to complain about what they don't like about the game, and it's the right time to complain!

My view has always been that building combos for bosses or elites with a bunch of crazy rare mods is fine, because you expect a better reward (and that almost always doesn't happen, lol). But having to build combos to kill a group of white mobs is annoying... especially when you start investing in your build and still can't kill these groups efficiently.

Even though GGG wants combos, every league will have one-shot builds... this has been happening for 10 years in POE 1 and it won't be any different in POE 2.

And most players will seek out these one-shot builds because they're more effective than non-meta builds!

What he said was accurate and I hope GGG never listens to players like you. Blizzard made that mistake and turned D4 from a promising video game in BETA into another mindless blaster. POE2 is only a slog if you think anything outside instant delete is boring. Yes, you have to use your brain and skill a bit so if you want to mindlessly wipe out maps while watching TV, this is not the game for you.

To the OP, if you are struggling with lightning bow you are doing something horribly wrong as that's one of the top builds this league.

Yeah man agree, this shit feels like dragging your character through wet cement, while 500 mobs ferari peek you into oblivion, meanwhile you sprint in slowmotion and die. Great GGG. Really great design.

mapping is plain annoying, so many maps that are narrow and so hard to move out of stuff or just stuff on the ground every where.

This game had gone over the top with so much negatives with maps, skills, gems etc and it's overly punishing.

The lack of builds and the slog on a lot of things is so over done in this game, also don't get me started on how bad crafting is. Can we also call it what it really is and that is gambling.

Bro, Ill give you a tip. Never ever ever ever take someone that has their profile private seriously. You can easily weight their opinion by inspecting their characters, challenges done in previous league, and which league they play. The pattern is always like this, weird takes + private profile.
