Lag Fix Inside - After Fighting For Hours I Found a Fix!

Had ridiculous latency, lag, disconnects on 1gbps fiber. Tried everything I can manage, even replaced my router. Then found this fix and thought no way it's related. It's a shader cache issue!

1 - NVIDIA control panel
2 - Manage 3d settings
3 - Change Shader Cache Size to 100gb
4 - Reboot
5 - Enjoy!

Is this troll or real? And why should it need 100gb of shader capacity.?

Oh trust me. When I found it, I thought "NO way this has anything to do with network." Haven't had a single issue since. Seriously.
Found this fix yesterday through a different post. I had troubles last league, and it caused me to quit it. This does work. It seems to have made my PC just run better since making that change. My computer was getting hot and would start sounding like a jet engine every two minutes. Now I can play and everything is fine. Computer's cool, no jet engine sound. Doesn't fix the fact that this league is laggy. Still having normal disconnects today.
It seems to work. I have AMD and I did the same thing, set the shader cache to Always On. 30 minutes of play, 0 crashes and disconnects.

To set the shader cache to always on I followed this post

Awesome! Good to know it works for both types of cards.
Placebo. PoE doesn't even utilize half of the default shade cache size, which is 4GB. Also none of that is responsible for your or the games networking. It's actually hilarious with what kind of "solutions" people are coming up to "fix" unrelated problems. Bravo.

I have the detailed stats up. F1 key. My latency was going was 21ms spiking to over 200ms frequently. Gameplay choppy, sound choppy, tried VPNs all different servers, all the same.

I'm going on 24 hours without a hitch with the shader cache fix. I'm not the only one. While I would have never guessed it would be related, I found more, so stop:
