That's why GGG should just do what they set out to do, look at the data instead of feedback and just look at the end result whatever it may be (failure or success). Because no matter what they do, seems like the hate train has no brakes.

Yes look at the data all players gone aside from tiny % that still play.. poe 2 has half the players poe 1 does... what does data say?
I updated my first post with an edit, so if any staff read this can understand me better about what I wanted to say, same goes to some players who keep insulting poe2.

I don't see how your answer has anything to do with my post.

"Yes look at the data all players gone aside from tiny % that still play.."

And your point here is? Yes, people came back for 0.2, some didn't like what they saw and left until an actual substantial content update comes. Some stuck around but eventually got bored with the same stuff and left. But that does not change my point, the hate train has no brakes and there's just no pleasing some people.

"poe 2 has half the players poe 1 does... what does data say?"

Data says that you're factually incorrect.

check poe 1 active players 26 days after release of last league check poe 2 active players 26 days after release which is now. . and you can see that poe 2 has less than half its not my problem that you dont even know how to look at data

I'm checking. So 5k > 55k 24 hours and 4k > 35k last 10 minutes and 5k > 91k average last 30 days is your math?

Checking your post in another thread is why my point stands that GGG should ignore player feedback, look at the raw data and what will be, will be. You say that the drops are bad, admit that after 0.2g there will be more and better drops and instead of being happy with a step in the right direction you continue to shit on GGG saying it's still bad. Since there's no way to please people like you, there's no point in even trying. Thus my point stands.

......... really... and you dont understand how your reading data is wrong even after i told you how you should read data ?

when was the last poe 1 expansion? 8 months ago? maybe more? you want to see numbers of poe 2 in 8 more months with 0 update? you really need to work on your self to be smarter.. the way to read data is how many people play after x time on both games.. not how many people play after 1 month of poe 2 vs how many players playing in poe 1 after 8 months. . maybe you should revisit school

Dude... read what he wrote...

He is talking about "PoE2 0.2" in the first 26 days and "PoE1 3.25" in the first 26 days, and there the numbers look different.

PoE2 0.2
Peak 245k and after 26 days 62k.
That's only 25% peak remaining. Even worse if you look at the entire first month - peak 245k peak and at the end of the month 55k peak, thus 22% remaining.

PoE1 3.25
Peak 229k and after 26 days 88k.
That's 38% still remaining, and with a less crazy downward trend than PoE2.

Hell, even compare 0.2 to 0.1.
Patch 0.2 lost in 4 weeks the same amount of ppl (percentage-wise) as patch 0.1 in 3 months...
