I have always found these types of threads very crying. Look at me, I'm quitting the game I have spent 900 hours on. I'm very important.
If you're a meta slave you will always limit yourself. That's the way it is. Some builders will always be stronger than others. An in-game auction house sounds absolutely awful, make the trades automatic with gold on the trading site instead, to keep most bots away. |

I tried PoE2, till Lvl96...
But man, the game is so slow, so boring, so plain, i just puked and left... "Early Access" is not excuse, you copy pasted PoE1, then removed most features, most options... Then tweaked a bit what is left, just to make people feel it is a new game... Yes, it is like PoE1, but like PoE1 that wa 10 years ago, slower, boring, limited, trial, demo version of PoE1... Just throw it away, and start from scratch imo... if you realy want a new game... o/w PoE is good enough, optimize it, polish it, get rid of unused features, makes faster, update libraries etc... + add online auction house, insta buy/sell, get rid of bots, make stash/items searchable, add some features to see items, auto decrease price if it is not sold etc... İ can add tons of features for PoE1 but for PoE2, nada, it is born dead! Like i felt when i install and play Diablo3 first hour, after waiting so long! |

And never spoke to the community again -- Not on youtube, not directly, not even a post. That was years ago. He's never spoken since. We broke his heart and soul, and probably brain with the math stuff. FWIW we appreciated how dedicated he was to "doing what he felt was best", even when we rained shit on him, he stood his ground and said he believed in it. That said, I prefer Chris' vision to Jonathans. |

" Not even close. When I played D3 for 1st time.. I stopped buying any single blizzard game forever... and I were one of those fans who had warcrafts, diablos, starcraft... Pretty much all them back in the day including wow... Here Im still playing and hoping them fix things. The game itself is not that bad. The problem is about balance and some individual decisions, some are objectively bad and some I personally dnt like. But the game as a whole is ok and have tons of potential..
