Goodbye Jonathan

After 866 hours in Poe 2, and over 5000 in Poe 1, the 0.2 finished to me.
I've never played a more boring game, than the Poe2 just now. Tried, because I loved the first game, and the first early acces patch not was bad. Tried, because I really wanted to find a motivation in this game, but you can't find what doesn't exist. Same boring maps again and again. Same idiot tower system. Without loot. Sometimes with 2-3 towers, full juiced maps, and dont even get enought exalteds, to make the next map juiced too. Divines ? Its a joke, after 250 hours, only 6 pure drop. And with the next patch ? Boss loot, and wisp loot. And if even, the loot drops really good, what can I do with this ? You man, killed every boss, every loot table. Ingenuity garbage, and all other main boss loot is garbage, because you killed the builds with them. Because your ,,vision". What can we farm ? Expedition, and hopefully get one Olroth's Resolve, and can be sell for 8 divine ? Man, one normal spear 200 div, just now, and later more expensieve. No, I dont want to play lightning spear. I played melee-bleed amazon.
But every good things from Poe 1, was skipped, because your vision. Even the good map system too, the usefull things with the map device, the fun gameplay, the pleasure, when I get one good loot, and more and more lost, only because your stupid vision. And everybody can say, its only early-acces. But its not a safe point anymore.
Not, because you dont even hear what the players want. It was clean, more years ago, the players want ingame auction house. With a new game, its the same wrong system. The players want faster gameplay, less time with Acts, you made it slowly, more time. The players clearly said after 0.1, they dont want only 2 meta builds, make more useful, and fast build. Instead of this, we have only one now. It was clearly said after 0.1, the tower system not enought good, we play our most time with useless maps. Of course its still, because this is your vision. You threw away more than 10 years of experience, because your vision is the most important thing.
Now its clear, you dont want make the game to the players. You want make the game, only to yourself. But now, lot of players left, and if anybody want stay yet, before or later they will also see, they can't. Because players, we dont have trade system. We can't sell anything, and we can't buy anything. That was your vision ? SSF to everybody.
So the question now, you release your vision, or not ? Or, its not need. Make one game to yourself, but then not wait with this. Leave, and make it. But dont bother the Poe anymore.
Goodbye Jonathan.

I mean it’s still early access and every patch is an improvement.

To just give up on the game while it’s still being developed is overly dramatic, but the reality is I think you’re saying you’re quitting to bolster your opinion into having more credibility.

If you delete the crying parts of your post it would be an actual feedback post to try and better the game.

I share your sentiment

How much more to us casual players. We play after work for 30 min to 1.5 hours. Imagine what we are getting. T.T
Arguably in 866 hours you had a lot of fun. I wouldn't clean toilets for 866 hours and that's what playing PoE 2 felt like to me.

That is the point, it's early access, everything should be open. But it is not, I am scared to think when the full game gets out, how much worse it will be.
And also, if they have a face to charge early access, then they deserve the expectation they got. If this were free, hey, "Come and test it out, see what we are doing!" Sure, your argument is valid.
But this! This is outrageous.

Please never come back. I am having fun and dont want the game ruined by the pathetic demands of you and your friends

You and your 10 friends should make a guild, and I would love for all of you to make a video channel shiting on all of us loosers. I would bring popcorn and watch your channel in a second.

When is the time we are allowed to cry?

PoE2 was presented initially as a PoE1 expansion where they wanted to modernise the game, improve systems, update the engine and so on. Then 4 years later, they said "Jokes on you. It's a separate game now.". Was that time enough to cry?

When ppl were able to test PoE2's gameplay and gave their feedback that "Sorry, but that's not it" and GGG doubled down and said "Oopsie daisy, this is the new vision". Was that the time to cry?

When they released PoE2, that looked like a usable base to improve from, but vastly different from what PoE should look like if it wants to be PoE; then ppl gave their feedback, but GGG triple downed and made it even worse. That's not the time to cry?

When we got interviews where they showed us that "the vision" is more important than the long-term community. Is it then the time to cry?

Tell me. How long do we have to wait until we are allowed to cry about PoE2 not being PoE anymore?

I agree with the post. The game is a disaster
