GGG Doesnt care about your feedback

I Agree, the problem is 'quantity' because they kept density so high the best build and only viable option is AOE, but what should happen is Rare should be alone and white in a group of 5 and blue in a group of 3, while AOE and single target skills can be used, this way the slower mechanic exist AOE for quantity but wouldn't work on bosses because they have high res and armour.

there should be a fundamental change in their development, they should lower boss damage by 90% this way any build is viable while maintaining one shot mechanics, and increasing the danger, and time you fight a rare to 10 to 20 seconds so you couldn't just speed rush the game, if any attack even with 90% resistance and 15k ES can kill you the only viable option is to kill everything as quickly as possible otherwise you will die.

this was how act 1, 2 and 3 was, you had danger you took time killing rares, of course in act 3 we could already see how much more 'mobs' existed, but the fight was ok, but in endgame 15+ maps we have bosses hitting faster than the early game, hitting harder and seeing how meaningless defense is.

this fast-paced combat mechanic was in place because of the screen exploder builds, so to counter them they make the bosses have even more damage, hit even faster, have even more health, so the only viable option is to kill them before they could even hit you, defense doesn't matter.

Yea, when I started to see pics of the end-game items I instantly thought. "What the hell are you guys doing?". Why are we starting off player damage output where PoE1 left off after 10 years.

Player damage output is obviously way out of control and I don't understand their obsession with small hit Vs big hit on Armor. Why not just make the DR less? If you're scaling monsters instead of monster density. Everything is going to end up a "Big-Hit".

DR will naturally play it's part without that mechanic if combat lasts longer.

Damage output period. Not just players. Also monster speed.

"this is the worst opinion Ive ever seen in my liiiiife!!!1!, also ur too emotional bro I love this game its already succeeded 1 month in"

Listen to yourself. You're projecting. Put the copium down. GGG isnt going to give you a div for this shameless behavior.

Lol the dude who literally started a FEEDBACK post saying no one is listening to your feedback, is accusing someone else of projecting. While simultaneously talking himself into a ditch of wildly incorrect statements.

I'm glad GGG isn't listening to YOUR feedback. Perhaps don't post on the feedback page then? What's even the use of you being here spreading nonsense?
Starting anew....with PoE 2
I think OP post is wrong.

They dont care too much about player retention, they care about who will come back next league. Their business model relies in ppl coming back every league, that is where they sell the supporter packs, Chris Wilson once said that. You can check in Youtube his presentation 'Designing PoE to be played forever.'

So if you want send them a message, dont come back when they release the next big patch in PoE2 with economy reset

this can be true, but at the same time it doesnt need the game to be zoom zooomy.

poe1 is there for the zoomers and i m confident that ggg will keep adding content for poe1 zoomers.

ggg hasnt given a solid "answer" to how they want poe2 to be. we will need to wait for the next "reset" to see how they will balance poe2.

if the intention is for people to blast the same way as in poe1. i will probably quit poe entirely.

the feeling that i enjoyed the most in poe2 is the campaign AND bossing. my build is bad but i can supplement what i lack in numbers with skill

I don't plan on it unless this game can distinguish itself from poe1. Poe1 "combat" does not interest me.
That's fine. They don't need to care about any more of our money either.

They promised a game they didn't deliver on. Why bother to make POE2 if its just going to be POE1 again?

So, fine, they don't have to care about feedback, they can go back to being beaten in playerbase by shit games like Diablo 4.
just like author said. GGG ignored all feadback completely

I dont understand why the copium addicts cant grasp that. GGG invited us here by pretending this game wasnt just a DLC of poe1. Dont lie to people and you wont have a forum full of trolls and qq posts.
I understand you guys. There are a lot of ppl mad about something

The zoomers are mad about the campaign
Ppl who like slow and methodical gameplay are mad about endgame

I still think the best solution is to split the game into 2 mods like we have in PoE1 the Normal and Ruthless. In Normal Mode they can put everthing they want to juice stuff and in 'Ruthless' mode they can ban skills, uniques, currencies what ever they want to make the game more like Campaign.

I dont like to impose what i like to others.
