Customer Support Update

I am still waiting....
Got my account unlocked today, ~30 days since my last email. Much happy, very cool.
I Emailed to get help got an email almost 1 month after, and that email didnt help at all. now for the response on that email im still wating for almost 1 month now AGAIN. STEP UPP YOUR GAME GGG we have payed to play the early access. and we are wanting your help! your apologies does not help! WE WANT HELP!
Still waiting. Can't wait for GTA 6 to come out. At least when I email them, they don't take months to resolve the issue while boasting on their forums about how good their doing in cleaning up their emails.
Honestly, this is sad! You've legit made sure I'll never spend a penny on this game again. Sucks, cause I'm constantly staring at the microtramsactions page just wishing yall would reply to my email so I could buy my next supporter pack to buy more cosmetics. O well, thanks for saving me money!

Admit it, GGG. There is no actual "Queue". I have been waiting for a month now without sending anything again since last request for info. =)
Just answer the emails, it's not that hard.
71 days without any reply from Support.
What a joke.
I've been waiting since Dec.7 as well. I've basically stopped logging in at this point. My play time in the last ~2 weeks is probably around 10 hours or so. In the last 7 days it's probably like 2 hours.

The struggles with getting support to reply absolutely contributes to this unfortunately :(
It seems I was lucky to get a reply in just three days, but after providing detailed information, there’s been no contact for an entire month.
