Been a month know, still no reply in the e-mail from support. Account still locked, 12 yrs of played time and good amount of money on supporter packs.

6 months im waiting to get unlocked after hacked by admin panel. 6 MONTHS. Do you even read mails?

I ordered a supported Pack on December 3rd that still didn't arrive. My last, still unanswered e-mail to support was sent on 27th of March. Does anyone know how to handle a chargeback? I'm done at this point. $177 for in-game content, merch and SHIPPING for stuff that never arrived.

I have exactly the same problem. Last support mail was from the 15th March. With it I got an outdated tracking link which would have been quite useful last year when the package should have arrived on December 2024. Instead I was able to see that my package already returned to you guys.. :)

7-8 month old support ticket, How has GGG gotten this terrible? it was a well respected company until Chris Wilson Left the studio, Its an absolute joke that support is this awful.

Coming up on 7 months myself for the one time mtx transfer i asked for in November pretty crazy no updates or anything. I Still haven't had a reply or have i replied to the email since then either just nothing.
