I could understand ''slower than usual respond time'' but i've been waiting 37 days for a reply...

+1 Sent very precisely what i want to do, and wait for answer from support. To be honest, they will somehow answer with question and i will answer them again. What brings me again to long queue. You call this support? People spent money here, be responsible for it.

I know you're understaffed, but it's too slow. In addition, when will the new version of PoE1 be launched, have you forgotten PoE1?

" I think you need to read what he says. ;) He says nothing about where he want the refund. If he want refunding the game on Steam than Steam refund your money back. And than you contact Steam. If he buyed the game on GGG than you need to contact GGG. And i respons to him because if i buyed a game on Steam than i get my refund in 1 day back if i played the game lkess than 2 hours. By other company's i have no clue how the policy for refunding is i buyed every EA or game with Steam. Lol are people so dumb or people need to read. xD |
