I personally only experienced few crashes but a friend with whom I wanted to play wasn't so lucky, tried all Renderer with different results (directx12 being the better one for him but not by far), even reinstalled windows completely with just steam and updated drivers but still experiencing crash often, managed to finish the campaign but losing maps over and over in Endgame because of crashes made him stop.
Many people have it even worse.
"Get a new hardware" is not a solution, heck, he even has much better hardware than I do.
And in all case, which hardware to change when you don't know exactly what is the problem ? Can't tell people to buy whole new rigs.

Actually the saddest thing ever. PoE 1 is my fav game of all time. Replaced by a game i do not like at all. RIP to my gaming life.

All I'm expecting is some support on the most important problems, some of which make some players unable to even play properly for a game they paid but wow, seems like I'm asking for the moon or the impossible.

Vulkan makes the game look/run way worse than dx does. I've tried everything else and it doesn't work. I'm also not running 24h2. Random crashes with no crash log, no pop up saying what is wrong is kind of silly.

Mate, they are not managing 24/7 service, but product in development you were kindly allowed to play. They could've easily went with when it's done, it's done and you'd be now playing something else.

This is not finished product and is still being worked on. That was clearly stated. Deal with it.

the fact that you use "karens" as an insult tells a lot about your character, intellectual capacity, and your age.

you are completely missing the context kid. this is not about the game issues, this is about a business' complete lack of communication with its customers on major issues. the exploits, hacking, and crashes do not even have anything to do with game mechanics. these are serious issues that need to be addressed by a business. a more than two-week silence is enough grounds to file consumer complaints in whatever government agency handles cases like this in new zealand.

go out and experience life more kid, leave things like this to adults.

Getting ready for the big patch I hope.

Game is unplayable since update, with numerous crashes (15 in 20 minutes) to desktop. I've been able to play just fine since launch, and now I cannot complete anything before the game crashes. Please help GGG.

Lack of communication? They told you they were going on vacation at year end. What more communication do you want? Talking about the other guy's intelligence levels, yours are fucking abysmal. They should'nt have launched right before taking a holiday, sure. But they did. This is the result. "TWO WEEK SILENCE!" You braindead oaf, thats how long they said they were going to take off. Some of them have literally just gotten back to work. How much work do you do when you're on vacation? I hope its a lot, you fuckin deserve it for your attitude.
