You don't seem to understand what it means to manage a 24/7 service.
GGG isn't new or an indie team, it's a multimillionaire company with even Tencent behind them.

Nobody said they shouldn't be taking vacation... just that they shouldn't be ALL AT THE SAME TIME.

It's very unprofessional to leave your game (service), and so your customers, without support for so long, a small team should always be present to handle the most urgent matter like this Temporalis exploit that wasn't even fixed yet.

Do you think there are nobody working during holidays at banks, internet providers etc... ? there are less people of course but there is always a small team available to handle the the most urgent problems... that's what it means to manage a 24/7 service and GGG failed at that and so failed their customers.

GGG can be defended on a lot of topics, they have worked hard, made a great game... but that doesn't excuse them for how they handled this and left their customers with no support.


Bro you must be new to GGG and Poe. GGG has taken a 2-3 week break every year since 2012 at the end of the year. Any real poe player doesn't care nor whine about it. We all know the patch and ban hammer is coming with lots of nerfs next week.

Also all the people complaining about the crashes. Its a well documented windows issue. I have made sure to stay on 23H2 and I have not had a single crash since the second day of launch.

"0.1.0e Hotfix 4" was on 19h December and the one after, last one, "0.1.0e Hotfix 5" was on 2th January (and didn't fix the exploit)
The economy is already quite hurt, price went crazy for many things (but that's not only because of exploit but also "MF")

I never said I was expecting QOL or other such things, I always only mentioned the exploits, crashes (not you but some people make me laugh with their "I have not had a single crash since the second day of launch" so that must mean that all the people complaining about it must be lying !) and hacks (but of course some will blame the victims saying it's necessarily their fault even when some long time poe streamers have been affected)
Let's see the new character get released in the EA !

I fail to see how that's relevant on what I said, exploit are just one exemple and it might be nothing for you but when it affect the game and it's economy... I very much doubt the 1M+ players all share your point of view.

Exploit are expected yes, over 2 weeks and still no fix ? No.
The fact that the game is in EA doesn't excuse everything.

And there are the crashes, hacks being ignored.
Or another very simple exemple, the price of Divine on trade site never being updated for a game revolving around trade for most players
There are plenty of exemple of GGG lack of care for their customers for the last 2 weeks and some.


i think you and the other karens should be more patient and touch some grass. go out or get a job idk. be thankfull for what ggg offered us there. if they would not exist we would not have an arpg tp play. so calm down, there is no economy it all will be erased or voided. ps: i pméd you i missclicked i usually dont write posts sry. but the karens like you make me mad

pls, just... stop it... u react like its a live-league... why u have such a huge problem with them getting FREE TIME OVER THE HOLIDAYS... what is wrong with u? arent u glad we have a studio that doesnt burn out his employees? i realy dont get it how u can fight so hard to make a point on a real weak case... if u have fun, ok, but im out and save my energy...

Every time I try to load a character now the game crashes, and on the off chance I do get a character to load the game crashes when I try to load a new area.

And you make me smile when your single argument is calling people "Karen" 😂

All I'm expecting is some support on the most important problems, some of which make some players unable to even play properly for a game they paid but wow, seems like I'm asking for the moon or the impossible.

Seriously, how many times do I have to repeat that I got no problems with them taking vacation, just not ALL at once.
They are a company managing a 24/7 service, how is it so inconceivable to expect to still have a minimum support at all time ???
GGG deserve lot of praise for many things but over 2 weeks with almost non existent support ? that's not one of them

im sure you just need to switch to vulcan, turn off multithreading or reverse the windows update and youll be fine. if this does not help get new hardware the game runs smooth
