Waystones killed my progress
its so easy to sustain waystones in poe 2 idk how you people have troubles doing it i have so much t14/t15 maps that i keep using them just for normal travel nodes without league mechcanics in it i havent bought a single waystone

There is a skill to sustaining waystones for sure.. I figured it out, but my IRL buddy certainly has not.
I think it's a pretty bogus mechanic to have players struggling to get materials to play the game. Most players, if they lose all on-tier waystones, will just sto playing.. because it is not worth the trouble to figure out how to convince the game to let you enjoy it. If GGG wants to retain players, they should entirely remove the need to sustain white-waystones from the game.. and focus the "waystone game" around getting higher tier waystones for more rewards. THe simplest way to do this is to have Dorani just sell every tier of white waystones in unlimited quantities. A better way to do this, IMO, would be to make the Atlas itself a different layer per tier, that you could navigate "up and down" in. if this were done, map nodes could be started without any waystone, and waystones would be put in only to buff a map. That would solve some of the problems with huge sprawling scroll-fests on the atlas, and also allow them to bound how far someone has to go on the T14/T15 maps to find citadels.
