[POE 2] Bugs

Oasis map T2. Rare mob spawned outside of the reachable zones making it incompletable
Twice me and my partner have run Ultimatums to gain our second set of ascendancy points, one lvl 62 and one lvl 48. Both stated that they would give us the ascendancy points prior to opening the area, but the font at the end provides nothing
After fighting the third trial I died at the same time the last boss died. As a result I cannot complete third trial now because game seems to think I already did even tho i got no points.

Secondly while using Monks Ice Strike or Tempest Flurry you keep getting stuck in objects and very often mobs are position so that you cannot hit them and get stuck in place swinging and die.

Thirdly Chaos Inaculation dosnt stop poison damage.

Fourthly Currency drops are IMO still too low and Sakhema just plain out dosnt drop. Cost of respect is blocking ability to toy around the build especially in later phases. Why? Wasnt it suppose to be fun to toy around with you character instead I am constantly forced into endless gold grinds...

Fifth scaling down when playing with weaker character is terrible.

When will you fix the bugged quest ascent to power dont you know that until it is fixed we cant get sakhema to do trial? Am forever stuck in 2 ascendencies.

And finally after respecing ascedency points from Elelemental Expression when the skill dissapeared it didn not return the support gems back and they still count as being used which prevents me from being able to use them.

I love the game and feel I should have freedom to respec without much cost after all thats part of the fun. Make it a one off payment and not for every blasted node. Make it so it is cheap and avalibe. Thank you.
Sometimes while playing most of the graphics disappear.

It seems a bit random but it is not fun when a boss disappears mid fight and I got to guess what happens.

Seen it in all acts I've played so far.

Dark Effigy Totem does not target mobs tagged with chaos debuff from Decaying Hexed when used with Blasphemy Support
The Precision and Clarity support gems applying their buffs at the same time causes Lingering Illusions spirit skill to not work.

The skill still appears to work and has the "activated" circular animation playing around it. I have enough spirit for both gems to be socketed, and my spirit goes down by 20 when I slot them in. I still have the Lingering Illusions buff icon in the top left of my screen. But when I dodge, there's no illusion left behind and I don't lose any mana.

At least one of these gems needs to be slotted into Lingering Illusions for this to break. If I slot both Precision and Clarity into my Ghost Dance skill, Lingering Illusions works. If I move either one of them (or both of them) into Linger Illusions, then I stop generating illusions on dodge. If one of the gems is in Lingering Illusions and the other is not equipped, Lingering Illusions works properly.

So for the bug to occur, you need to have one of Precision or Clarity support gems socketed into Lingering Illusions and then the other one slotted either into Lingering Illusions or another Persistent Buff skill (like Ghost Dance).

Notable node "Ancient Aegis" does not work properly. It increases armour but not Energy Shield
Common sense ain't common.
The "Golden Charm" (Increase 20% Rarity on Rare or Unique Kill) seems to be not working. Tested with my friend for a week now and it "procs" for a split second after kill but doesn't increase rarity and it doesn't use any charges. Thanks for your time and hard work!
Bird duo with random modifiers had modifiers that were not listed. In one case, one of them with extra ES and ice explosions listed also had frost trail and lightning trail. Another had create flame barriers and haste aura but also had lightning trail and flame aura.
Instantly autologged out of the map Steppe and cannot enter the map whatsoever. Tried 4 times now, auto logs both me and my friend out.

Map was magic, had inc quant, inc rarity and extra fire damage

First map run aswell :(

UPDATE: Game has also autologged me out of my third map attempt, seems like a common issue
