[POE 2] Bugs

Bought prism of Belif with +2 spark gem lvls but is bugged .
The gem lvl is increased but im not getting more dps .
i tried a +2 spark gem level gem and went from lvl 27 to 29 but no dmg increase.
swaped my gem for a differ one and no changes , from lvl 19 to 21 same dps in both lvls .
also tried lvl 21 to 23 .
lvl 24 to 26 .
lvl 20 to 22 .
all with same and differ spark gems . Nothing changes in any chase .

After getting freeze at BREACH, I saw that I didnt have drop from map and after next map I realised that my weapon dissapeared also on that map. No idea what happen there. At next map, next breach, again total freeze but no drop rollback.

hi there is a bug when i play witch infernalist and i have corpse boots and when i go to demonic form and back they dont work and i must change them and again install games pls fix
