Was playing on ACT 2, suddenly got DC and then this...

After disconnecting from the game due to an internet outage, my account shows as banned when I try to return to the game.

Same here, in Act 3 Cruel got DC'ed and banned. Already sent a message to support, but isn't this kinda unacceptable for someone who bought in to the EA access?
