PoE 2 Account Banned for no reason?

Dear Path of Exile Support Team,

I'm writing to appeal an unjust ban on my account. Two days ago, I encountered server issues in the BR region, receiving an "IP banned" message. Switching servers resolved the issue. However, two days later, the ban message reappeared, and my account was suspended.

Recently, my Steam account was hacked from a USA IP, but Steam support promptly restored access. I'm unsure if this incident contributed to the ban, but I've never used cheats or third-party software. As a veteran Path of Exile player and fan, I'm frustrated to have purchased early access only to be banned unjustly.

I can provide proof of my PC's integrity and demonstrate that I've never used illicit programs. This ban appears to be an egregious error. I hope you'll investigate and resolve this matter promptly.

Ban for 168hrs for joking around. Guys dont write the word Cash in chat or u face instant ban. U can write the N word all day long though.
The amount of whispers with websites selling orbs/items during 1h of gameplay is irrelevant though. they focus on the cash word only.
Remember you pay for access... Money wasted, never again.
