PoE 2 Account Banned for no reason?

I got banned today without any reason. please solve this problem!!

Got this message today:

"You have been detected running cheating software."

Seriously, GGG, you have to tune your 'detectors'. I suppose, worthless to say I don't have any cheating software running.

I got banned too, last night at about 10:28 PM without any obvious reason. But I want to tell my end story first.

I thought GGG would have a Mac version before I purchased EA last year, but soon I found out there is no Mac version, and all they said as soon as possible ( guess what, it has already been like 5 to 6 months and still no Mac version)

Then weeks later, I tried using Wishy, played a little bit, it was too hard in the end game, simulating containers is very slow, so I requested a refund. GGG said no, since I played a lot already, which is fair enough.

Between Fed and 2 days ago, I didn't play at all. Then, since I saw 0.2.e released, I redownload kegswork, 96G content more than 3 times, then I got it running in containers from my Mac, so I used Lighting Spear, my favourite one since D2 until last night.

GGG just refunded me, really? It took you guys like 6 months to do so, also in the middle of, I am returning to play at the end of ACT2.

I didn't use any cheating software, I only used KegWorks to play via MAC. I am a big Diablo fan, played since D1 to Immortal( I can't play D4 since I don't have a PC, all the family are Mac now)

You guys just banned me, this is not fair, this is totally bullshit and bully to the customer.

I always said couple of times, I am an Australian, but you guys from NZ, but you are still doing this bullshit.
