" Given the way conversion works and proccing exposure, I've decided to move into using kitoko's current gloves to make spark proc eletrocution. Not only does this avoid messy conversion and get us back to being able to proc lightning exposure and shock, it also perma stuns everyone in a similar manner to freeze, without us having to look for extra freeze nodes on the tree. It also frees up our helm, which is a vital source of ES that we don't really have another way of subbing, given we're CI. Quick update on my build. Still using The Three Dragons and focusing on lightning dmg with freeze instead of shock. Just finished 3rd accendancy and I'm at lvl 78, running T7 maps. So far did around 60 maps, 0 deaths.

Can someone explain to me why we keep the Breath of Lightning cluster (27% penetration) after we obtain the Electric Amplification cluster (30% penetration)? I thought you can't penetrate below 0% resistance and no Boss in the acts have a lightning resistance greater than 30%.

" You will often encounter +40% elemental resistances on monsters as one of the affixes so it is pretty handy in maps actually since you don't have to worry about that affix in particular. |
