Account locked Help
" Hell yeah, maybe this is the solution or we'll wait until POE will go out from EA... |

" Yeah i can see that - most ppl seem to get random copy-paste answers to give more data - data you already have and seem to get put back on the bottom of the line ... Im sorry - but ppl paid for this game and MTs - a few days ok - but weeks just to get an automated copy paste mail that will push your answer back even more for no reason? Yes thats actually somewhat offensive ... You could also just act pro consumer - for example - if ppl bought the game but cant play it - you can probably check both even automated - just send them another key to redeem? Whats the worst that could happen - a few new ppl getting the game and enjoying it? Last edited by _N0ctus_#6387 on Dec 19, 2024, 10:27:35 AM

I believe GGG.
And I too believe the data from the automated mails is collected, ticketed and processed. It just takes time to get through 56426848263428 mails. Since it is early access and I paid for it: If they don't solve it through early acces, I'll contact my vendor and try to get my money back. Paid for it, didn't get it. Sorry. |

I'm afraid we're currently expecting delays responding to players emails due to the launch of Path of Exile 2 Early Access. One of our team will get back to you via email as soon as possible.

"I'm not surprised you literally have only a single person managing all of the support.

I love how Drew posted this same lazy response here like he did on the official thread.
Thanks a lot DREW. |

My account using [Removed by Support] just got locked for no reason!!
Been playing since release and was mapping and BOOM got my account locked. I spent 600 euros on support items for GGG and this is what I get.. Last edited by Cameron_GGG#0000 on Dec 19, 2024, 2:01:40 PM
