Account locked Help

Day 14, still waiting ~~~~~~~~~

I bought the standard edition, played for 15 minutes then got banned for no reason. I since asked for a reimburse, but I'm more than willing to pay again if my account gets unbanned because the game looked very good.

Day 4 or something, no reply. Got to 87 level on new acc. This is a joke

I got an answer from the support!

But only the question if I really want to have my unlock security removed (which I cleary stated in my prior email).

I hope the next time a support member gets to my ticket it will be done & I can finally play...

Locked for 15 days since EA launch....still counting ~~~~

Still no answer. I love to think that the only reason I can't play for weeks just because of a chat moderator
