Same problem. I have no issues whatsoever playing any other game requiring a internet connection. My internet is fine. Playing on Xbox series x .
I had the same issue on poe1 and stopped playing. I am also next to the servers in frankfurt and connected to it

Had this issue for roughly 2 years now. Attempted to contact ggg's support multiple times, but they shrugged it off by saying they are understaffed and provide no technical support over emails... Forwarded me to the forums, which blatantly get ignored by the devs.
I "loved" all the marketing interviews they did for poe 2 while they keep ignoring the community they already have with this kind of attitude.
I used to be able to play on most of the western european servers with ~20-30ms ping. Now they are 120-200. North America was 200 for me, now I literally can't connect to it.
The one and only still stable server, that wasn't changed, is Moscow. Used to be 60ish, still is 60ish...
Not sure what the actual fuck GGG did, but it's miserable.
Just sharing my story with you all to make you not to get your hopes up.

what annoys me the most is that I get the massive latency on certain instances but when I change them a couple of times I get the normal latency I used to have before they launched poe2. It clearly isn't my isp, this is something on their end.

Newsflash .. I did read your post.
In fact, I read all 5 pages of posts you've put on the forums. And in those 5 pages you have posted 2 WinMTR Pastebins about your ping with only 1 of them from December of 2023 being relevant showing high ping which turns out was NOT a GGG server problem but was a routing issue mid/end route.
Now, if you want to continue to complain about your high ping and connectivity issues without a WinMTR then that's fine, but I'd be willing to bet if you did post a test when the high ping is happening that it's a mid route issue.

Stop trying to act all smart, its cringe af. People have been posting their logs for YEARS and GGG has not done shit. If you just google "Path of Exile 2 Latency Spikes" you find dozens of posts on Reddit and Forums. Its obviously a problem GGG cant solve and so they just ignore it. Absolute shit behavior from the devs.

Same happening to me, from 30ms to 200+ every 10-20 seconds, basically unplayable - tried everything everyone else has, its not the internet - poe 1 and 2 are the only online games that do this. Spamming different instances helps a bit, but if that is a fix - why can't that just auto happen before I join so I can get a better player experience - cause as of now, long time off and on player and I've had just about enough frustration. Really hope they comment on this issue and try to push a fix, the game has a lot to love, I just wish I could play it without wanting to throw my keyboard through the monitor because of the constant stuttering.
