Massive Latency Spikes

Still having this issue. Why is it we havent heard anything about it recently? I was just playing normally a few hours ago and then suddenly i cant play anymore without insane microstutters and i have a 4090 1490KF. wtf is going on
Same here. Unplayable, unfortunately.
Hoping for some miracle or someone with the solution.
Totally unplayable as it is. Lag every evening 5PM onward.
Same issue for me as well. Started 3 days ago right before 0.1.0d. Had absolutely no issues prior to that day. Latency will spike from 20-30ms to well over 400k ms if I let it fester and do not restart game.

Nothing seems to help the situation (deleting caches, setting network to predictive in config.ini, reinstalling, switching servers, rolling back drivers, ipv4 vs ipv6, using vpn, dns flush, etc.) No other network anomalies exist outside of this issue. Every other online game I play functions normally.

Appears to be an account/batching related issue for whatever reason. Roommate on same network is unaffected. Had him log on to his Steam account on my computer and launch game which resulted in zero latency spikes for him. Upon relogging to my account and launching into game, back to the same terrible latency issues.

Having the same issue so I dumped Steam and went to the stand alone version. Tried some firewall setting. Ipconfig flush, manual DNS, used a VPN. Ran as administrator. Wiped all settings and reinstalled. Then couldn’t even input password on Login screen before it would crash. Used system restore to start over and problem is still there. Flushed graphics driver and redid those as well

This doesn't make any sense whatsoever, is anyone else able to test this?
Same here, constant spikes, even up to 17,000ms.... My wifi is good, my specs are good. Connection and latency also smooth on other accounts and games... Shit is unplayable.
Posted this in a different thread but I will drop it here as well.

Likewise; spikes on Texas, Canada East, and DC. Tried Frankfurt via a friend's instance and same issue. All other internet services are working fine with no latency issues. Tried flushing dns and swapping to Google's (8.8.8.8) from Cloudflare (1.1.1.1). On Comcast so it could be an issue with their T3 as well, but I did have similar issues last weekend that were fixed by simply swapping to Texas, so it might just be high load on some other server I'm connected to for PoE2 that isn't tied to the game instance.
If you haven't tried flushing your dns, try it.

Run Command Prompt as admin

Type - ipconfig /flushdns

Maybe it was timing or coincidence but this did help me so far.

Deleting all cache folders from %AppData%\Path of Exile2 fixed it for me.

Where is that located, You can tell me?
Same problem, it is worse the more people are connected I think.
