Massive Latency Spikes

Is there a way to limit lowest latency?

I noticed sometimes I was stable 40ms, then when I load a new area it trys to hit 22ms, resulting in huge fluctuations.

Lucky guys, you have at least triple digits. Mine goes sometimes to 100k
Yesterday I beat the record, it went up to 600k. Changing servers or using vpn doesn't help

I have the same issue BUT:
Every now and then, the game completely freezes instead. I can still open the menus and chat window, but the chat is frozen as well. Relogging still works for a while, then it will freeze again.

It worked perfectly well before the last patch (0.1.0d)

Playing from EU (Amsterdam server)

Have the same issue the option setting and the dns flush doesnt help.

Having the same issue so I dumped Steam and went to the stand alone version. Tried some firewall setting. Ipconfig flush, manual DNS, used a VPN. Ran as administrator. Wiped all settings and reinstalled. Then couldn’t even input password on Login screen before it would crash. Used system restore to start over and problem is still there. Flushed graphics driver and redid those as well

Actually amazing to me that this hasn't been addressed yet seeing it's such a large issue. Absolute DOG SHYT CS for people who are paying to play this game.

Same. Massive latency spikes out of nowhere. Happened the last 3 days for a few hours then disappeared only to return. Guessing it's a lot of traffic on the servers.

I am having this issue as well.


I cant move, nothing moves.. but I can open menus and chat. Then suddenly everything moves to "catch up" for a second? less than a second? Then back to being frozen


Its mobs too. Even if i try to do a dungeon, everything freezes for a bit, unfreezes.

Same thing last 3 nights... I have uninstalled and switched to steam as the launcher from stand-alone client. Nothing seems to be working also only seems to be happening at night. I wish someone from GGG would at least acknowledge this is a thing. This thread is massive at this point.
