I'm too soft for Poe2

PoE 2 is the dark souls of ARPGs. Its a complete shift away from the gameplay of PoE 1.

Dark Souls are CRAP games, 1-2 are flops, none of them reached 300k simultaneous plays and they all die weeks after being released, even Elder Ring (which completely strayed from the Souls formula and is therefore the least bad) has no retention and the point is, an ARPG is a grind game where you redo the content several times, Souls are games that you finish and never look at them again until maybe when a remaster comes out...
Is this the path that GGG expects for POE 2, a game whose league lasts 1-2 weeks?

They're very successful single player games. Your idea of a masterpiece game is Fortnite.

no point in engaging with that tbh
bruh what bruh bro bro bruh what
Agreed. Not really liking the game as it is now. Makes me wonder why they made it in the first place because I don't think this will get them new players.
The game has potential, I'll say that much. But the movement is... "Off", and I REALLY want the checkbox for "attack in place" on all skills.

And regarding Monk, I don't really know what to do on bosses, where I can't generate power charges. Feels overly punishing, especially as I haven't dropped a single rare item I can use (level 13), and not a single good magic items. Don't really have enough gold or orbs to improve the situation either.
Sometimes, just sometimes, you should really consider adapting to the world, instead of demanding that the world adapts to you.
Isnt it suppose to be slow paced thought that was the idea taking a step back from the zooming in POE1

1 and 2 are terrible games with poorly programmed hitboxes and cameras. They didn't get more than 45k players and within a few days of their release, they didn't even have 1k.

All of their statistics can be seen by anyone, and I finished DS 1-2-3 in less than 1:30, and Elden Ring in 55 minutes. I never played them again.

When I look for an ARPG, I want to play an ARPG, not a generic game whose only advantage is that it's really easy to program.
Play Witch

Essence Drain + Contagion + Skeletal Snipers poison cloud deletes packs.

Contagion will spread the DoT from essence drain. Gas cloud from Snipers makes it 3 DoTs ticking down. This also works great for bosses too. DoT the boss up and focus on dodging their attacks.
I'm in love with the difficulty. I live for challenge.
I got the sauce.
I’m just getting started but I am worried these super long boss fights you have to start over if you die will kill it for me. Never tried Souls games because I heard how hard they are like that. Maybe there will be an ez mode league path in the future. Take pity in my ancientness!
The game feels overtuned and my toon feels undertuned for the level. 5 min boss fights at level 10 is a little too much too soon. I was hoping for something atleast a little more poe1, but what we got is a little more soulspoe mishmash.
