PoEuncrasher handicaps your CPU to try to prevent the game from crashing your PC. We shouldn't have to lower our CPU's potential to prevent a game from crashing. It makes no sense to program the game like that. There are fundamental coding errors that GGG needs to fix. This is ALL on GGG to fix in their game code.

GGG has to lower the game client CPU workload during load screens. That's the problem they have to fix. Not to mention all the Direct X errors.

It literally doesn't. You have no clue what you are talking about. PoEUncrasher reads from the game's state file to find when the game is loading. Only then it changes the affinity of your cores until loading is done and then it reverts.

I'll just say that, no matter how much I love the game.
You can't expect people to download and install 3th party stuff to fix crashes on their own. It's up to GGG to optimize their game. It's not up to the players to make workarounds just to play the game.

Doesn't matter how a third party app functions or whether it can fix my problems. I'm not installing it.

Fix your game already. I paid for it.

I reinstalled the game to play hardcore again after the last update involving this on one of the patchs this week, but I still crashed again in the same way and uninstalled again...

It might be related to the Atlas I believe, because after I started using BES to see if it helped (even before the first time I uninstalled), I only crashed rarely when I was teleporting to a Hideout or final Ziggurat Encampment (this last time yesterday I crashed while teleporting to a hideout to trade a item to help me with light res on Act 2 boss .-.)

Start to think that this is some coonection/servers capacity issues - yesterday (friday) play wo any problem. Start today (weekend) - two almost instant crashes in Act3 hideout wo any reason.

I'll be watching the stream and hoping for a single fix. Ugh.

I'll give it a try later to see if it works now.

Still crashing upon startup, as soon as you press submit in character screen to get in pc totally freezes

Dude, bro. That hotfix is 3 days and 2 hotfixes old, it is the one that made the PC freezing even more prevalent.

If it's not addressed today, it's time to find a new hobby.
