I feel like I lost quite some braincells just from reading that headline. How is this a paywall? Simply wait until the game is finished if you don't want to pay anything and if you pay 30$ because you want to see an unfinished game ok but even then you get 300 points for your 30$ so you again pay nothing for the early access. German saying: Schönheit und Funktionalität in Sekundenschnelle zu ruinieren, ist dem wahren Dilettanten keine Herausforderung!

paywall is a funny word.... i would say that if u enjoy a game, 30$ for EA is very acceptable. i spend 100$ a year in prime so i dont have to wait for packages to arrive 5 days later.... im sure when u eat out somewhere u tip them?. consider it a tip to GGG for the work they put in.. also u show me another compamy who OPENLY streamed that they fucked up and apologized. people cry bc they refuse to either work for a living and have 0 disposable income or they feel like today is the day they want to upgrade their status to "finger jamming keyboard warrior" just so people know how their feels were hurt. either buy the game or stfu and go play hogwartz

i waited so long because the game said F2P but the Early Access announcement requires you to pay at least $30 to play the game, i don't want to sound so poor but i am poor so i just want to find a game that is F2P, $30 may not be much for you but for me it can at least pay for my internet for almost 2 months, i'm not saying Path of Exile 2 is bad asking money from players who want to play their game, i just think free to play means people can play the game for free but if you have to pay to play a game with Early Access feature, is the game still in F2P category? and how long is the Early Access? 1 month, 1 year or maybe 10 years? i don't know how long it takes for this game to go into Early Access but i've seen games that took 10 years and are still in Early Access (PZ) so if this also happens to this game so for people who want to play this game for free have to wait 10 years for the game to be fully released and become F2P? in my personal opinion be honest and remove the F2P label and just say we need your money to run and maintain this game so you need to pay to play this game but in the future this game will also be opened to the public and become F2P, if it is like this from the beginning in my personal opinion it is better because if the game is good people will still pay and play this game, and people like me who are quite poor and stingy who only want to play F2P games will not wait for this game and feel cheated, and for people who think they only need to pay $ 30 to play this game and you will also get bonus items, this is worth it, yes worth it but the problem is this game is written Free To play but in reality it is not true, you need to pay to be able to play this game so in my personal opinion this is not a Free To Play game, so just remove the F2P label and put it back when the game is fully released and can really be played for free, sorry if my English is bad, English is not my first language
