Us SC plebs can stack the speed once we can one-shot anything. I promise you - it gets boring! Just want to update that for all early-mid versions of this build, you can self craft one of these and enjoy about a 15-19% damage increase if you slot it below Heart of Lightning! Just do these things: 1) Get a 6L, swap to crit with Increased Critical Strikes / Increased Critical Damage (replacing arcane surge). Drop Elemental Overload, obviously. But if you reserve 50.01% of your life, what happens is you lose overleech totally. This is rather disastrous. Overleech is MASSIVE on most builds and DOUBLY so on MoM builds because now you have two omega regen / recouping pools that make it VERY hard for you to die. That's why Enlighten 4 is required -- Enlighten 3 wouldn't do it.
