No performance fixes?

Played like 15 chars this league - all good, no performance trouble

What are you on about?

People with 3K$ setups had issues with performance this league?

Even I with 4070RTX felt the performance drop sometimes.

I have 240FPS in Warzone and other games where graphics/engines are 100x better and requiring than PoE.

110% GGG's pot of crap that is not solved yet, bETA.

It's always quiet amusing how people try to compare Poe to other games with way less stuff going on the screen.
Put a lot of players and action onto the screen and even a game like warzone would drop in fps. Game engines are simply bottlenecked at some point and can't 100% keep up the performance with a lot of stuff. Graphics ain't the only factor for how smooth a game gets and it's not always just the GPU that matters hoho
Not having a old ass setup helps at least to maintain a playable performance, and like 95% of the players with issues simply run pretty old and bad setups, yet complain about being unable to keep up with a engine update.
Flames and madness. I'm so glad I didn't miss the fun.
its always amusing seeing people making excuses for piss poor performance from a multibillion dollar company that absolutely has the resources to fix this if they cared. but why bother fixing it when half the player base will suck yer taint and buy anything you sell em anyway?

when you accept the unacceptable you make it normal. and this shit isnt acceptable.

Settle down Rockefeller, did you mistake GGG for Blizzard for a second or what happened here?

Blizzard was worth ~74bill USD in 2021 with a revenue of 8.8bill USD. GGG made 84mill that same year lol.
The opposite of knowledge is not illiteracy, but the illusion of knowledge.
some people said they uninstalled the nvidia audio driver and it helped a lot. no idea why they even installed it, but i think it comes with the default installation options.

have a look, maybe it helps: https://www.reddit.com/r/pathofexile/comments/13dkd1i/just_a_reminder_to_check_and_uninstall_your/

People who said that this patch "no problem, ur problem..." just because you simply dont play end end end game content.
They did a patch about halfway through the league that had some catastrophic changes to FPS, DX12 & Vulkan were locked to 40 fps for me and physically would not go any higher no matter what I tried. Switched to DX11, instant 165 fps. DX11 has horrifying stuttering issues though and always has done so it wasn't really a feasible fix. (No issues in any other games, just poe)

I was using a board with outdated PCIe along with an RTX3070 (7th gen processor), I knew full well that I wasn't getting max value out of the card but I had no reason to upgrade until this patch absolutely screwed my fps. Ended up getting a new board with a 13th gen processor and the 40 fps lock is gone.

A lot of people were having exactly the same problem (40 fps lock) and I'm pretty certain that it's 100% due to using a newer GPU in an older gen PCIe slot.

Not sure if this applies to you OP but keep it in mind if what I have said sounds familiar to you.
Souls along a conduit of blood, from one vessel to the next.
ever since they added poe 2 tech on poe engine the performance got cucked hard for alot of people

No, games like Warzone, Starfield etc do not drop in performance on my PC. BUT 12 year old PoE does outta strange reasons.... My my, what a strange mystery...

Really Einstein? Graphics are not the only factor.. No you're right for PoE it's every single factor. bETA

Fair enough, SC is a whole different game in terms of 666% delirious maps with trillions of mobs and beyond mobs.

Physically impossible to run this content for an average SSFHC enjoyer
Hope your issues will be fixed in the next patch
