200 mil dps referred to differences between skills in this game, can you reach it on stormbind or flameblast (dps, not damage per cast you'd channel on 1 place for 2 secs)? Original post was about this game, and explanation of my opinion, did it as best I could. If you think my original post is false, I'd be grateful for argumented explanation of why it is so, and will admit I am wrong if your arguments will hold water. So far you've expressed no desire in the above. |

" oo that dps numbers my mistake then :) i take that back But 200m dps is for like maps? boss ? pinnacle bosses ? uber bosses. i am pretty sure you can make almost any skill do 200m dps if you put mirrors in it. it may suck balls hard but it will still do dps needed. | |
" From the top of my head: - non-ailment dot skills except TR, you have to use several cold or chaos dot sources at once. - Channeling skills except cyclone, charging them is a waste of time and can get you killed. - mob conversion mechanics (supposedly offensive tool?) - single target melee stikes/slams, you have to completely change their nature to multitarget or aoe. |

" - non-ailment dot skills include Caustic Arrow, Righteous Fire, Fire Trap, Flame Wall, Vortex and Exsanguinate which all are perfectly balanced and usable skills - channelling skills like Flameblast and Stormburst work wonderfully on totems. Mathil recently has proven that even Charged Dash can be a great skill. Snipe is the one skill that makes bleed endgame viable. Lightning Tendrils on totems is criminally underrated. Winter Orb is one of the highest DPS skills in the game - there is one skill in that category and that is Conversion Trap, a relic from the past that is more of a meme and likely just left to rot away until it finds a new purpose like the old Freeze Mine (for new players: that is what Icicle Mine used to be called before the rework) - lo' and behold, skills need support gems to work in endgame /s The opposite of knowledge is not illiteracy, but the illusion of knowledge.

" I've beaten nearly every non-Uber with both a primary Flameblast, Creeping Frost and Boneshatter at some point. I'm not 100% sure what you mean by 'Mob conversion" I assume you mean something like Dominating Blow. But if "Raise Specter" is in there, it's a pain to use (since you need to do wierd stuff to get and keep the right mobs), but boy can you do it. |
