I have no idea what did you mean by stating "actual" dps. That is example of uber boss killer. Capable to kill Uber Searing Exarch in a period of casting "Annihilation" skill while facetanking. Moreover he has to stop the attacking at some point in order to avoid triggering "Thousand Suns" skill. You're definetly don't understand how the build works.

SC allows to build complete trash characters indeed, because there is zero penalty for making mistakes. It can be... ehm I dunno, Lightning Tendrils Berseker with summons or Juggernaut Flamedash totems or Cast on Death Shield Charge Scion. There is no negative factors on SC which can tell you - this or that build is not viable. It didn't pass the test. It's dead. Forever. You only can build it because you won't be penalized for complete trash and/or broken ideas. It is like punching the bag without participating in real box fights.

Moreover, meta build for HC is not always the best. it is only best in terms of the cost. The vast majority of meta builds are starters. Mentioned above Molten Striker is way better than meta Boneshatter Juggernaut and Ben's DD together. And most of late game builds are better in general in terms of DPS/Defenses and/or QoL comparing to league starters.

Why is there no HC GGG? it is very disappointing and bad
