This has been the most miserable league for years for me

I don't know what has happened to the core game, but I've had no drops over 1 divine the entire league. Everything has been nerfed at my end of the woods (poison).

I don't enjoy the league mechanic and so am not interested in respeccing to Voidsphere just to be able to play efficiently. I'm not interested in Sanctum. Yet the currency from those two mechanics destroyed the game, and hobbled trade. Neither am I interested in no-lifing a ghost busting setup just to take advantage of top end MF - though the modest version of Torment farming I did yielded nothing anyway.

The time and effort required for normal play gives such low reward right now it's not worth playing. That's a huge shame.

I agree this is the league Ive enjoyed the least in the last 4 years, but that doesnt make it good or bad, just not my taste. Some hate tower defense but I enjoyed blight, so it is what it is.

This might be the most profitable league in the game's history tbh. Or definitely top 3 considering that Harvest was a thing.

That's the thing with this league, it's so uneven. If you don't play and enjoy the sections that are (apparently) profitable, the core game is shyte. On top of that trade is completely borked. So if your build requires fairly unusual items, you are doubly screwed.

As an example, gloves that have been 20-30 div for the past 5 leagues have been going for a mirror this league. A. Literal. Mirror. Everything else is 2-3x more expensive.

It's absurd, and an indication of how broken it is. SirGog did a video on it, and more or less nailed it.

Great league if you like meta. Horrible if you don't.

I have never had a league where I got no significant drops after 17 days played. Not a single item over 1 divine. That's on top of a bunch of offensive and defensive nerfs that have made one-shots (and AN mobs) absolutely toxic.

It feels broken to me, though I'm glad your experience was different.

Just for the record - poisonous concoction was nerfed, not poison itself. Pathfinder is the second most played ascendancy currently with almost 10% representation. 83% of the pathfinders pick Nature's Reprisal, so we can assume that they use poison. This is a huge number and doesn't even include other ascendancies which use poison like Occultist.
