Patch Notes - Content Update 3.22.0 -- Path of Exile: Trial of the Ancestors - Forum

Legion 5 way exp farming gone. So many things just gutted and nerfed that make 0 sense. Just let us have some fun for once ya know? Vengeant Cascade was carrying a very weak archetype - that's why most people started using bows etc again - because VC actually made it viable for many people. You mean like solely playing Scion every league just to get my homebrew builds gimped regardless? Poison Storm Rain straight nerf, not because of temporal chains, but because of Strength of Blood changes. Never again am I gonna brew my own build. Edit: Says the Player who played srs, boneshatter and lightning arrow this league fml. Double Standards. At least I tried Hexblast Ignite and Poison Storm rain on an Ascendant. Least based gigachad POE enjoyer Yeah the keystones are nutty. Also a lot of small things, like the occultist's freeze mechanic. I still wonder if I can freeze Eater of Worlds, because that mechanic is essentially buffed and even for normal monsters...I get screen wide area coverage, which is great. This buff for bosses could enable the mastery that makes the enemies take 5% increased damage for each second they've been frozen, up to 50%. Basically 10 seconds required to get the full value. You can reach it faster now. Maybe that's why they nerfed temp chains duration? Does it affect freeze duration on enemies? Because that was kinda random and hit my soulrend build lol. Im not even remotely surprised by this. What actually shocks me is that a lot of people actually thought that GGG would change their ways. After all this time this is what players get... more nerfs and more ascendancies DESTROYED. Chieftain, Guardian and Gladiator are by far the worst 3 classes in the game and GGG made Guardian and Chieftain even worse. Minions are still trash unless you want to invest mirrors to play golems or anything that is not SRS or skelly mages. Welcome to another bow-tornado-LA-ice shot/COC ice spear/RF league .
