Previously Harvest Crafting was balanced around removing access to deterministic crafting for the general playerbase so that streamers and people who otherwise invest an unhealthy amount of time in the game can augment their ability to peacock aspirational content. Harvest has been balanced around your personal vanity in doubling down on decisions that are harmful to the overall health of the game and on enabling the vanity of those whom you find to be your true target audience. The changes you have made are utterly nonesensical when viewed outside the extremely isolated and absurd way these people experience the game. The only people for whom these balance changes make sense are those that are effectively playing the game in item editing mode because they are, through their immense investment, are unbound from the limiting factors of scarcity and time.

First and foremost, this is an arbitrary decision you have made. There is no reason why every mode of crafting has to be "in line" with the rest. This just a poor excuse to divert away from the real reason you are too pussy to simply own, even thought you do everything to express it short of wearing it on your sleeve.

These changes have been made to further the ability of the toxic, elitist community you foster to peacock and to turn the rest of your players into glorified bots for the upper crust of your game. I have been carefully following the discourse on the topic of all these changes and the moment I saw the conversation being driven hard about rewards, I knew it was only a matter of time before this post was made. Because to those against whom these changes are targeted the only important question is the presence of resources, which they tackled, allowing you to divert attention away from the rest of the things you've done to cripple the game for everyone else. These are elementary levels of manipulation and you are far less clever than you think you are.

I am done with this game, I was here for the dark fantasy ARPG and not as some fucking lab rat in your perverted capitalism simulator.

Ok, so nobody is going to see this, but holy shit you guys. You really have this idea that so many people are juicers and playing in groups. It's just a fallacy. I can count on one hand how many scarabs or sextants I've used. I just don't care to use them regularly. Is it sub-optimal? Probably, but that's just how I choose to play. I shouldn't have to use extra currency to get shit to drop or to see previous league content. You have the atlas passives now which by design *SHOULD* be taking place of those currencies.

Removing Harvest crafts entirely was so dumb. The point keeps being made that they were "too powerful" to remain now that Harvest crafting has become trade-able. SO WHAT. I'm not going online or on TFT to buy crafts, I play solo. I want to make my own gear. I have maybe 2 hours a night to actually play the game. All of this tweaking and removing things from the game sets people like me back and forces me to trade what little currency I have to try to get upgrades that I've normally gotten from Harvest the last few leagues. WHO REALLY CARES IF A FEW PEOPLE CAN TRADE AND GET THE CRAFTS THEY WANT?? This game is about LOOT AND GETTING ITEMS. THAT'S THE POINT OF THE GAME IS TO GET STUFF. Why are you actively making it harder to get to the point of the game??? What kind of design philosophy is that? Just delete Harvest. Honestly. If you hate it so much and think it's too powerful, stop tweaking it by your weird philosophy and just delete it entirely.

Tainted currency?? YOU HAVE TO RISK COMPLETELY BRICKING ITEMS TO USE THEM TO BEGIN WITH. Tainted currency should be EASY to use. If you still have a useable item after corrupting it or if you were lucky enough to loot a decent corrupted item, YOU'VE WON. Why would someone have the idea to make tainted currency less useful? I just don't get where you guys are going with things nowadays. I get "the vision" meme, but this vision is fucked right now.
In all honesty the problem with the drop variance is not a matter of personal preferrence. If we can't agree that it's not ok that having a cull MFer kill the mob makes it drop several dozens of time more value, then we can't have a conversation.
I don't understand the harvest comments. Focused around reforge keeps, they were not very rare in the past. With the new system, you guys made a tunning knob that you can manipulate to change the cost of the crafts. Why not add them and if they seem too low raise the cost. I guarantee a solution can be found with these crafts just by finding the right lifeforce cost. Please add these back into the game they are necessary crafts for a variety of crafting methods. Eldrich currencies end up being too limited to solve this problem.

This right here is a tremendous cop-out. It's your game, and you have the ability to balance it however you want. There's no technical barrier here, the game isn't going to crash if you add these crafts. You're choosing to destroy a critical part of the crafting system because you don't want players to have access to it.
Can we have the old harvest back? For a QOL change we lost the craft accessibility. PS Eldritch Currency doesn't apply for weapons, ammy and rings, If we can get this(atleast for eldritch chaos orb), this would somewhat compensate for ref pref/suf.

Thank you for the game. Is a good game and I like it.

I only played 5 leagues since April 2021. I am happy with the amount of content and the variety of the game. In Archnemesis I beat Maven for the first time and felt amazing.

I am not happy with the end game loot, the balance between difficulty and reward is very poor. Is more profitable and safe to do T10 maps.

I am also not happy about to many oneshots everywhere. IMO resistences should be more difficult to get, but once you max them out, the character should be like 90% invincible. Ofc with the price of low dmg.

I also think that more builds should have equal changes of finishing end content.

I really like the visual of Sunder and I will like to play it, but I will probably struggle on end game with that. Hope I will see Sunder more powerfull one day.

Much of the community's feedback this league has focused on the rewards coming from the Lake of Kalandra. We're making the Reflecting Mist 50% more common while also assessing other item drops. Currently we feel that general drops from the lake are okay but that past league content that appears in the lake may not be rewarding enough. We are keen for specific feedback around which past league encounters in the lake don't feel quite right in terms of rewards. Please include as much detail as possible around your experiences.


i think the problem is in atlas tree you spec into other league mecanic making them more rewarding.

but u cant spec in lake of kalandra in atlas tree. so it feel less rewarding.

if you could spec into the new league mecanic in your atlas tree this would make more chose to the player and try to juice the league mecanic

When you guys cut drops that are extremely ab abundant for those who really know what they are doing, u cut 90% of drops from normal players, and is terrible. How much u guys keep pushing changes, skills, and stuff that is really made for the 1% of players base. And a really good questions: why are defense layers in game, and defense investment, if it means absolutely nothing? Why u guys keep adding stuff and kill everything is working just for the sake of change. Why has this game gone from good with problems in really good with some problems in fairly good with some problems in REALLY BAD WITH ALOT OF PROBLEMS? In a few years u guys added layers upon layers upon layers of stuff, many of not really value, diluting everything, nerfing everything is working just for the sake of change, so u guys overcomplicated this game so much until it become a nightmare even for you. Why this game become from a casual and smart game, in a complete mess and very very bad job? . Why i must do 10 acts 2-3 times every league for absolutely no reason, just loosing and spending my time? About the post. I read full post basicaly it change 3.19. patch from a very very bad to a very bad patch. Nice.
