Apology mostly accepted, it is commendable that you stood out and said something.
As far as loot goes, it is mostly back to acceptable levels. Archnemesis is better, but with modifiers like the lightning totem, which is pretty much camouflaged in a fight, the damage still needs to be reduced. Coming from the above, minions are still not strong enough for the level of investments they need to stay alive, currency, passive, item and skillgemwise. Summoners are not a doall wander build which swallows mirrors and spits out 6 man party dps, so why are they needing that amount of investment? Please, listen to streamers at least, beacuse when someone like Ghazzy says it's bad, then it is. I don't live my day in POB before league launch, they do, and have more insight into it. But we are both saying that they are weak. Crafting? I'm not into it that much, but when i saw Path of Matt's video yesterday about what you did with the +2 amulet crafting for example, i'm like what? You are seriously gonna kick the literal thing that keeps the game alive on high end out from under the game? It worked so well with archnemesis hasn't it? If you say you're going to bring the testers in earlier, then please, start at the new league brainstorm, and ask them if it's even a good idea how you want to do it. So much simple, but impactful stuff was wrong with any single league i have seen that it's baffling why they have been overlooked. Aka: Harbringer, beastiary monster power, betrayal monster power and spawn rate, delve sulphite cost, heist door frequency and opening sequence bugs, blight map tower doing fkall, etc. In their respestive leagues, they had massive problems, which got fixed mostly after multiple consequent leagues. And why are you pushing the idea that league content should be harder? As an example, i still think that uber elder was and is the bess bossfight in the game. What did you put in after that? Visual diarrhea sirus, with oneshots barely avoidable, maven with a very out of place kids game? Harder content is not x2 hp and x8 dmg. It is mechanically harder, and innovative fights. sirus and maven may have been a good idea in Diablo with 8000% player power creep every league, but not here. The same applies to league monster. Archnemesis already had monster where i accidentally put a regen mod on a trickster assasin one, and tha literally fkd off into the sunset after flickering me twice for half my hp, never to be seen again. And you went ahead and implemented an already problematic system into the game, where betrayal is nowhere to be seen, while being a pretty fun league mechanic. People love the game, and want to play it, but as we have seen, they wil not take everything positively, even if you have meant it. Not everything needs to be said befaore launch, but this literally was move that rivals. READ AND LISTEN. Not only to me, but to feedback in general. It's fine that you have vision, but when you throw it in the pot like Warframe, first, an abomination that is stiched together comes out, second, your paying customers get mad. This is the right direction, but PLEASE, PUBLIC TEST REALM. |

The damage has been done, it feels like very little people are playing. It honestly feels even worse than the last month of leagues.

I love Path of Exile, I love GGG for making it.
I am sad because I see so many friends quitting this league and I got work coming up soon so I didnt really get to enjoy my free time. A bit depressing. Me and the bois were so hyped when we saw the reveal stream but I must say the league was nothing like advertised. Harvest became less accessible and worse for crafting both early and endgame items. Magic find group play was utterly useless for a leaguestart scenario. And you can no longer juice the content you love playing, but instead have to invest into getting as many rares as possible and then praying for good AN mods. Love you and wish you all the best but this league really gave me nothing but grief. |

So I think everyone agrees with point 1 and 2 at a basic level but you guys are taking it way to the extreme in a single pass, why not let us dip our toes in the water first before crashing down an ocean upon us?
As for rare monsters currently, fewer and more rewarding is a great idea indeed. But the current archnemesis mobs tripled down on either beat it in 1 hit or not at all. For example an extreme I've found is the touch of "something" I can never quite read it because I need to get the hell out of there when I see it. It will curse you taking away ALL your spells. It is quite literally not possible to beat for spell builds unless you gear 100% curse immunity against it. Even worse so when they're hasted so you can't outrun and skip them. Even worse if they're inside your ritual and yes this actually happened. Tell me where I could counterplay something absolutely brain-dead OP as that? Old Headhunter was a joke compared to that kind of powwer on a monster, randomly found in maps, and we're expected to just say it's balanced and fun now. You say you want to prevent this with archnemesis yet you keep putting this stuff in and do just that. Just give us more interesting mechanics and monsters with a bit more damage and hp in the regular maps, please. Which brings us to the third point, why are league mechanics evil? They could do everything you set out for in this post. It makes content far more difficult and also far more rewarding but it's always fair because you decided to click it. But most importantly, is opt-in and therefore inherently has a far greater acceptable power cap. I don't mind a metamorph 1shotting my character with 8 billion hp and 6 million regen per second, I built it so it's my problem to deal with. But I don't want a random rare mob to one-shot me, plus be immortal, plus spell silence me, plus be three times faster than me. Finally, if the average player is not supposed to notice, why is the average player complaining that they can't sustain chaos and alchs this league? On top of smashing the door on currency drops, you also had a major unique rework and forgot to compensate the remaining uniques to be a better source of alchemies. So Alch and go forget it unless you struggled for long enough to be able to run a decently juiced expedition to farm some Tujen coinage and reroll those divine orbs cus we ain't got time for that we get more money by being able to roll maps in all that meantime we would be stuck farming white maps with expedition until we can grab that. |

This is all good and fine (not my cup of tea, so we'll have to see where it goes), but you really need to address Harvest. While a certain youtuber can be insufferable (and banned for it), he is right when he says that Harvest might as well not exist at this point. One of the main things that got me to come back for the leagues I have, was to ability to create my own gear, over a long period of time. With things being what they are now, I doubt I'll last for more then a couple of weeks at most, as buying gear just isn't as fun, as working on each piece at a time.
Alternatively leaving it as it is now, and bring back recombinators could work as well, but that does not seem to be in line with the loot goals. |

I hope you read this, I understand for what you are trying to do.
But really today I spend almost 5 MINS to KILL 1 RARE in Lake of Kalandra and still cant succeed it (Post nerf). Actually I was skipped couple bosses before. Also the 3 ranks platform of Breach spawn TOOOO MANY of mobs, Its made me lagged out and my toon dead. Its took 50% of exp at level 91 which around 3 hours of my time. Its not fun, really not fun more importantly YOU DIDNT TELL US in patch note about this. Last league was my first league that I take it serious and completed it, I assume this will be my last league if nothing change happening. Don't get me wrong I LOVE this game, people LOVE this game but the situation right now is not fun at all. OH guess what rewards I got from those mobs ? 3 Essences |

God, you really are ENTIRELY clueless as to the core problem.
DONT TIE ALL THE GODDAMN LOOT TO A SINGLE FUCKING MONSTER! Making rares meaningful? Cool. Getting rid of old templates so rewards aren't tied to legacy code or systems? Cool. What we don't want is to rely on a rare to give us all the loot. That's a MONUMENTALLY stupid decision and how you can't grasp that basic concept is beyond me. We fucking hate Archnemesis. You are now tying ALL the loot to not only a system we hate and is still broken, but now the goal is to not fight 99% of monsters, map bosses, or whatever because they won't drop anything. |

Having said that I think it's unexpectedly, negatively, breaking my usual expectations for communication from GGG. Usually my experience would have had a much more serious response to three things. I'm disappointed these haven't gotten a response. 1. Archnemesis, I get it's the go to for poe2. I get that there is a lot of development time invested. I get that the line item and ability identifying is important. GGG's playerbase just doesn't find this change enjoyable. I cannot stress enough that this one change has contributed to an ongoing state of the game that has made dozens of mechanics over several leagues detrimental to player enjoyment. Please reconsider it's implementation and ideally remove it. Or if you just can't, then please overhaul it so it doesn't blanket change all rares everywhere. 2. Harvest, or more specifically, deterministic crafting. More of your playerbase in SC trade since Harvest have used items touched by it than not... It is beloved, perhaps more than any other mechanic ever implemented. This pathway to incremental deterministic crafting may be an antithesis to what you enjoy, or even what the team enjoys, but a vast amount of players greatly enjoy progression in that way. The absolute gutting of harvest from being able to, as a 4-20 hours a week player, incrementally progress deterministically, is incredibly disappointing. If Harvest simply cannot be the means this is delivered, then please provide it somewhere else as not having it is detrimental to enjoyment of gameplay. Please consider reimplementing or expanding harvest craft options in a more liberal fashion to enable ssf and/or deterministic crafting. 3. Divine orbs and crafting. The limits to finding these orbs lacks ssf div cards and tragically undermines that style of gameplay, Combined with the harvest changes, ssf is itself a hard mode version of what it was before this league. Please consider allowing crafting bench crafts to use either divines or exalts, hell make it cost 4ex or 2 divines. In addition, we need an obvious path to being able to aquire divines, preferably div cards beyond the single one that exists. Rng can be fun, incrementally upgrading deterministically can be too. The game we love has room for both. I look forward to the next Announcement in the hopes that you hear the community on these issues. |

Happened? As in past tense? It still isn't fixed so don't act like it is in hopes we will forget to complain about it. I don't care what numbers you are spouting saying it is only a nerf in these specific scenarios because some people get multiple divines from a single monster, what other people get doesn't mean I'm getting anything. This has always been the way. For years it's always clips of people getting mirrors, mageblood, headhunter, stacks of exalts and yet I've never seen it while I'm playing and I've played since closed beta. Stop balancing around these ultra rare cases. It was impossible to get enough currency for things before 3.19 so how do you think it feels now?
Not going to let you also forget that monster damage is broken, harvest Life-force needs buffed, stupid on death effects and archnemesis modifiers like lightning mirage or the totm one need removed. Loot is not fixed, so stop posting as if it is. Edit: also 6 links should sell for divines again.
