Ang for gors sake, remove archnemesis from any leaguecontent. AN intoxicated and infested PoE. Delve, Incursion, Breach, Ritual.. all now bricked by AN mods. You must play to see, why. And how.


Mate, you do know you can scale them up all the way to difficulty 16? Don't be surprised your rewards suck if you don't even get halfway to max the juice :^)
- Currency drop is gated behind double RNG: you should be lucky to meet this AN mob hoarding all those divines, essences, legion splinters AND you should be lucky to pick up a super meta build to kill this 4-mods abominations.

- Build diversity - gone.

- Harvest is gone.

- Meta is the same for how long - 3rd? 4th league in a row? Except minions, press F.

- Exalt to Divine swap: no Div shards, no divination cards for Div - another layer of RNG in your income.

- ACT ACCORDINGLY to a rare mob it's either I kill this rare mob in 3-5 seconds or it's super-hasted / super-tanky abomination and I'm lucky if I can skip it and continue my map.

- Progressing atlas and being able to gradually upgrade your gear - gone. Any non-meta build will have to grind t5 maps instead of farming t15 maps (which were already completed because map bosses there are far less dangerous than rare monsters - except the bosses who spawns rare mobs).
I really like this post.

Is the team discussing possibly tweaking divine drop rates or adding new cards and/or considering bringing harvest reforge keeping suffix/prefix back in the game? It is very difficult with both the changes to divines, and the changes to harvest in the same patch and made crafting much more costly at the same time it got exponentially riskier.

The team did really great on a lot of things I saw this patch, specifically the changes to whispers for items and some of the new MTX's. The continued adding of small but impactful QOL improvements every league is something that as a player I really love.


This gives me titanforged loot drop vibes from World of Warcraft.

If you still enjoy the league - good on you. If you think this league is a step in the right direction - take a look at the player numbers and think about it again.

Good thing I took a week off to play 3.19, well, not really I guess...

You didn't fix it! That's the problem! Why did you reduce any item drop rate? Are you trying to make D2 where 1 Rare Item can make a difference between garbage and a god-tier build?

What's the next step? Don't tell me that onwards from now you just leave this mess as it is now.
So to be honest im glad u take responsability for this mess of a fuckup and ur Visions of the Game are understandable.

But to be absolutly clear and what i as a pretty much "casual gamer with ambitions" have sucket up in the few days from my favorites Content Creators.


- Have again a look at harvest crafting options -> "prefix / suffix cannot be changed" - its a huge and important part of crafting good items
(please give us this possibility back)

- Have again a look at some combinations at Archnemesis mods, there are some opinions out there which are a good reference point for example that u can not have some mod combinations together, this would be not build breaking for some players.

- Before u release a new League where many Player including myself take a few days holidays for, please make sure that at least the reward systems are not fucked up and stand in one line with other content. You said it yourself, but u are not the Team, why does nobody noticed it - if there are few or litarally NO rewards player are getting mad because its no fun and whats is more important a fucking waste of time ?!



So all in all the league mechanic in my opinion is okay but not more than this, its is pretty subjective but having a bad choice of amulet or ring is boring as fuck after some runs of the lake - why not all item slots and maybe more mirrors to choose from. Sometimes a complete run of a lake is about 20 mins and what u get? a ring with -200life / - 80% resistance and +150 Mana, what a joke (i know this example is totaly wrong but i think u get the point) thats not fun at all.

Ya many Players are mad including myself, but we love this game and we love u as a represent of GGG. Dont take all emotions to serious but please hear some voice out there which are living the game.

Grate explanation. As a "normi", I haven`t noticed the "HUGE DROP NERF" that community went mad about.
I agree with the philosophy but the execution is not good.

How is that a good thing? Sounds like the 15,000 unique items in a map and these groups can allegedly fish for them before entering maps.

Fewer, more difficult rare monsters help you pay attention to what is happening, assess it, and act accordingly. It gives you an opportunity to employ counterplay and for your playskill to actually matter (rather than relying on pure character power).


Doesn't matter if the rare is a hasted soul eater and even worse ranged one. That has no counterplay.
Some mod combinations are still ridiculous, some base monsters are disproportional more dangerous than others and most base monster are just plain boring to fight.

I wish rares would be more like handmade mini bosses instead of normal monsters on steroids. That way you could have fixed EHP values corresponding to a fixed loot table and some simple mechanics. Or something that can be controlled, balanced properly and is actually fun

It's also not cool getting killed before the mobs appear on screen because a strongbox spawns 8 archers with splinterer shooting 32 Tornado shots with 30% increased damage in act 9 simultaneously. None of these monsters were build with AN in mind and it shows
