[3.25] Ice Dancing Queen - Icestorm/Cyclone/CI - Viable For Everything

Hi loving this build so far, getting into endgame and I am having trouble with juiced content, t17's and whatnot. Could use some pointers on where to go from where I'm at rn. I also will get stopped from casting when I am cycloning in the middle of large groups of mobs, not sure if it is stun or not. Any advice? Thanks!

T17 maps can be quite deadly if you don't pay attention on what mods you have rolled.

You are probably getting stunned. You should change the Energy Shield Mastery (between Witch and Scion starts) to ES contributes to stun threshold. Other option is to get lvl4+ Awakened Cast while Channeling gem.

On the left side cluster jewel you should take the unassigned small node between Blanketed Snow and left Split personality and unassign the small node between left Split Personality and entrance node.

At the very start of the tree just outside Shadow start, you should take the 2 +10int nodes instead of the 4 elemental damage nodes.

You are missing Whispers of Doom. If you are not using Discipline, you should get lvl3 Enlighten and you can change Charisma to Whispers of Doom. Then you can change one of the 2 Frostbites you have on your curse setup to Punishment or, if you don't want to roll colours, Elemental Weakness.

You should find a way to get little more strength so you can use Brute Force on the bottom left socket node instead of the rare jewel. Harvest crafting bench has option to change one elemental resistance to another (of same tier). You should be able to juggle your resistances so that you can change one of the crafted res mods into one with enough strength. You can also delevel More Duration gem few times to lower the str requirement as it has the highest str requirement.

Big damage increase would be Forbidden Flesh/Flame with Ambush and Assassinate if that is within your budget.
I'm in a similar boat. I can do t16s easily, and generally run a full set of Ambush Scarabs (Potency, Discernment, Hidden Compartments, plus 2x regular Ambush). I haven't dove into t17s much yet, as I was hoping to gain another level or two first. A buddy just quit the league though, and left me a 50div budget. Not sure what to work on first. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I hate crafting, so whatever I need I'm probably just buying outright.

Your boss weapon has 14% increased Int instead of 18%. This is the first thing I would change.
Than look into getting the double influenced amulet. This step usually is the biggest headache because losing Astramentis means a big loss of attributes. You will probably need Dex and Str on your gear or amulet with +N to all attributes. After you're done with that buy 3 golden oils and annoint Whispers of Doom. It will free some points which you may use for the second cluster.
You may now replace the left cluster with Cold to the core + Blanketed snow to get damage boost or wait until you're ready with the amulet. Depends of how much you'll have to spend to adjust the gear stats and what's your budget.
Also change Split personalities to give you Int + ES. Their price dropped to 1 div so you may decide to buy them now or wait until you are done with the majior gear changes.
Your current gloves and armor don't have the most optimal eldrich enchantments. Look for them into the gear guide.

Thanks for all the help. I took you most of your advice, here's where I'm at now.

Blew like 10 divines trying to get the 5% damage on the gloves and gave up; can't stand this kind of RNG crafting.

You did a lot, don't fixate on that 5% as you may take them later when in mood. Try t17 maps avoiding any mods that buff the boss as a start and test which mods are hard for you and which are ok. I personally don't do Awakener desolation and Exarch runes, because they are hard for me to avoid.
And if you'd like to do some more gear upgrades I'd suggest to buy another Cold to the core + Blanketed snow jewel to replace the right one when you got points for it, find a helmet with better stats (like 400+ ES and/or +10% Int) and replace Discipline with Zealotry. Do these steps in any order you see fit.
P.S. "Since you got Ambush and Assassinate you don't need Culling strike anymore which leaves you with a free socket. I don't feel like giving advices what to do with it, because I am stil deciding that for myself. Probably will buy Enlighten support and craft Apsect of Spider, but have no idea how hard is that yet."

Most of us put frostblink in that slot so we can curse the boss/thing while blinking into them. Level 3 Enlighten is enough for spooder. It's a Fenumus and a Black Morrigan. I think you have to fight Fenumus yourself first before the craft shows up in the recipes. Can buy both from Trade for relatively cheap or spec your atlas tree for Einhar, add scarabs, and go HAM for a bit. It's been a nice addition so far.
Followed most of this advice and it made a huge difference, especially with the ES/stun threshold. Now I just need to switch around my resists and stats so I can spec into another blanketed snow/Ambush assassinate jewel.

Though the ambush assassinate jewel doesn't seem like such a huge damage bonus for how much it costs?

Updated PoB for anyone who may have some more pointers for me:
