doesnt eldritch battery destroy your arcane surge since you dont use mana anymore? cause you skilled it in pob. i also thought about using devouring diadem...

I'm a player from Taiwan. First, I'm sorry that my English is not good and hope you can understand what I say.

I'm following this build with the POB "Endgame setup(Lv95)". I'm lv90 now and have a great performance at clearing T16 maps. Everything is good until fighting with BIG boss like maven/the Eater of worlds/the Searing exarch. I feel powerless of that I always spent a long time to kill the boss.

Would you mind giving me some advice? In addition, is there anything to watch out for in boss fight? Like cast of skills, use of flasks etc.

is this build still ok for 3.19? Or was it nerfed too much now the "increase mana reservation efficiency" has been mostly removed?

Build's up to date for the current patch, and is preforming about the same as before.
Sorry I'm not replying to everyone like I usually do, I'm currently quite busy outside the game.
