I was missing Divergent Vitality. It is a bit better now but still open to suggestions.
I have a question for the main gem setup, would Cruelty not give more dps than Added lightning?

I assume it triggers and applies as you apply ignite? or would I need to apply a second Ignite to overwrite the first that would benefit from cruelty buff?

It increases hit by 25%, and increases DOT by 40%, if I'm not mistaken that would be more than Lightning would increase the ignite no?
At least that is what POB shows.

Cruelty is only beat by Awakened Added Chaos according to POB

Cruelty only "works" if your hit damage is good enough to give you 40% buff effect. While mapping that's very doable, but on bosses, using deadly ailments with cruelty is just a no go.

Since Deadly ailments is better than cruelty, we use it every time instead.

As a reminder, for cruelty to give max effect, we need to deal 1.6% of boss life in a single hit. on the searing exarch with no mods, that's still a 675k damage hit. You need to actually hit quite hard to proc cruelty.

EDIT: I don't know how ailment threshold works anymore, apparently. You need to deal 67k damage for maximum cruelty.

I haven't really done any of the later boss fights so I dont know about those (Highest i think I've done is Serius A4)
But at level 62 it triggers 40% on every boss, but most bosses also have adds.
And I was talking about replacing added lightning damage, not deadly ailments :)

Meh. Very generic ascendancy full of awesome stats, but really nothing that would shine for ignite builds imo. Occultist has much more damage with chaos dots, and profane bloom is an awesome feelsgood node.

Soon, sorry for the slight delay.
Still viable, nothing really changed here. Just a bit of fiddling with gems and mana reservation to do, nothing much really.

Will probbaly remove aul's uprising and switch to divine blessing malevolence, it's 7% more damage and skill effect duration, and solves all mana reservation issues. Only change I can think of, but I'll go through the whole build to make sure it's ready for launch.

Blackflame makes enemies take chaos damage instead of fire from ignites. We still deal fire damage (so chaos dot multiplier will NOT work), but enemies taking chaos enables many debuffs.
