Development Manifesto: Harvest Crafting

Instead of improving Bestiary-crafting which already exist with new recipes, increasing number of beasts contained we got this. Game forces players to farm faster and do more content while nerfed Harvest will be slowing-down part of content with several "rerolls" which we actually can get from Chaos orbs dropping on the maps. Faster we go - more chaos we get. Why should players even be bothered to visit harvest if they can get more currency by farming and buy items they want? Those who play a lot, farming a lot will get their top tier loot still. More players got access to high tier items and endgame content? I thought it was Your goal to get more people into the game.
Want new players to get into crafting system? New players dont even know that game starts after act 10. Give them stack of Alchemy and Scouring obrs and 5L base during Storyline.
Problems with trading crafts via discord? What did you expect? Players using a lot of 3rd-party things to play this game. For some of them even RMT is an option. So let players trade crafts as bestiary orbs via tradesite.
This ain't it, chief.
GGG, yet again you're completely out of touch with your community. This league was the first time I actually crafted something decent for myself which I didnt have to go out and buy for 300 exalts which I don't have. You cater to 0.1% of the players and how they use your system to actually upset rest of your player base and fucking them over in the process.

Crafting should not be a gamble.

I repeat

CRAFTING SHOULD NOT BE A GAMBLE

I came back to the game after a year of hiatus, and was super excited to learn about this new mechanic, I guess I will go to on another hiatus for god knows how long because you guys clearly don't understand what your community actually wants, you want everyone to spend 1000 hours of farming for exalts instead to buy an item just so you can rack up the player play-time. Guess what? It ain't happening not when you pull stunts like this.

Why are they trying to sell this quote as something good? Like what the hell, i can counter times when i yolo exalted something by one finger. Middle finger to be precise because of course it was trash mod.

This +1

Hahahah. GGG! You got trolled by this employer pretty hard.

Nobody is sane mind doing this.
Seriously.

N O B O D Y

Do we need to say why?
Cuz its pretty obvious.

Its not crafting at all.
Nit even close.
Its bloody Casino Gambling.

For ex:
And when you have base costs you 100ex - NO way you ruining it with just one ex. Its extremely lame move. You really think we are so extremely lame, GGG?

"That feeling"

lol
i honestly cant believe ggg caved to reddit and gutted harvest like this just because the best players in a game can abuse it doesnt mean they should make it un usable to basically all casual players... it blows my mind that a few streemers abuse it and their communities complain so they just decide to make harvest literally worthless more then a week into the league.

without a doubt i would rather have them just flat out remove harvest all together then make the influenced item change its basically like spitting in our faces because of some whinners.
honestly whats the fucking point? when was the last time you harvest crafted on a non influenced item? harvest is a system as a whole that already punished lack of knowledge... now it will punish the lack of knowledge that its shit instead of how to use it
Hello GGG,
Actually, I know Harvest crafting will be nerfed because it is way too overpowered. It will eventually ruin your game in long term due to it is item-oriented game. With harvest, people can easily min max their builds and stops playing(Because progression keeps us playing this game). However,
When ZiggyD interviewed with Chris Wilson before Harvest League, Chris Wilson said "We will regret to annnounce this league" so why did you make the same "mistake"? We have played your game long before harvest thing and we dont care if there is no harvest craft at all. So just remove it completely from your game. Everyone will be happy!! At least some reasonable ones :D
RIP Harvest remove it from the game in 3.14 !!

You had ONE THING TO DO : Best in slot items are ACCOUNT BOUND in MMO's, why not in PoE ? To save your sacro saint trading garbage ?

Continue to do moves like this and you will lose many players... Your crafting system is a gambling system !!

For PoE 2 you have one thing to do : Make a crafting system with deterministic outcomes that is bound to account...
Path of Exile is a Casino for gambling addicts.
Gambling is not fun nor a game mechanic...

fucking joke!
This is really the only problematic change:

"
Some mods that had overly-deterministic behaviour have been removed. These include all annulment mods (other than the ones that remove a mod that isn't of a specific type before adding one of that type), and all type-specific divine mods.

The others are ok.

(And make harvest-crafted items account-bound)
I mean I can see why Targeted annuls would get removed. However at the end of the day my final opinion on these changes will depend on how rare crafts types like Chaos are. At their current rate of appearance with these new changes it will feel very bad. A bit sad but I am willing to hold judgement. Might we also be getting trade QoL w/ these nerfs when it comes to harvest ? c:
At this point, remove Harvest, fix the Beast Crafting. It is better overall system anyway. And it is one of the core "masters" system that seems a bit underwhelming.

MEANINGLESS!
I represent only myself, my own thought and believes. I am individual, not a representative of the community.
I am not speaking on behalf of someone else and I don't get offended by things that have nothing to do with me.

3.13 was the golden age.
