Would you say it's okay to get started with an essence crafted wand? POB shows a nicely rolled one would yield around 6% less DPS than yours.

Wondering about the shield craft here.
How easy exactly is it supposed to be? Because I've invested 8 ex into it so far and this is the best I have:
Tier 8 Life, Tier 5 Spelldamage, not exactly great.
The higher Spelldamage tiers seem to be especially rare.

This would all be a lot easier if Resonators weren't so damn expensive. 7.5c per 2 slot resonator...

I've removed now shield crafting since it's obviously not working. I've had pretty much same outcome.

Does is matter which number of "Denoted service of 7183 dekhara in the akhara of Nasima" on the Jewel? Or is it the Akhara bit which decides the buff and that is all? A bit confused by this gem, want to make sure I buy the correct one.

Denoted service of (500–8000) dekhara in the akhara of Deshret, not Nasima.
Number doesn't matter.

What do you think about Tombfists for gloves? Would allow for a stronger medium cluster notable (instead of intimidate).
Sockets might be an issue but you could drop faster attacks and put shield charge+fortify in the gloves, shouldn't make much difference given the high attack speed + potential attack speed on jewels. Not sure what other gem to drop though.

As you said you will have socket problem also big resistance problem. I don't think its worth.
It complicates things a lot and it would make build much more expensive since you will have to compensate at least 80 elemental resistance...

I tried your poison pathfinder last league and absolutely loved it so decided to give this one a shot! Any advice on what priority of things to update?

So far been having fun with the build. Trying vessel of vinktar over oak for a bit to see how it is. Below is my gear and POB, and fixing some of the flasks as well since been trying things around.

I started the league with a KB wander but didnt like the single target, then did ice shot and got that pretty well, CoC bow which was super fun but too slow after running around with ice shot. I feel this is giving me a good in between, good speed / clear, nice survival and working on single target atm.
