Price fixing on xbox

Irrelevant is what moot means but whatever you say kid.

If you think that there is no other way to work the market because of price fixers feel free to go play SSF.

Otherwise you should be happy for price fixing it actually keeps most of the market honest at a reasonable price. Are you mad your dense fossils arent worth 10c each? If you are then you're obviously not a crafter.

And as far as the "high" end uniques, the fact that there are less players on xbox selling them is relative.
If there are less players playing, translating to less players selling, that also means there are less players to buy those items.

Crying over the tb is useless, there isnt and wont be a buyout function. If you dont like it there are 2 options, quit, or go play SSF.

"Kid"

Cute. I haven't been called that in... Well, probably longer than you've been alive.

Can you point out where I said that? I didn't...

That's... kind of the opposite of what "Price Fixing" aims to do. Are you sure you're playing the same game?

I've never mentioned nor cared what Dense Fossils are "worth." I do plenty of my own crafting as well, when I feel like it. Are you sure you're trying to argue with the right person?

There are less players than PoE was developed to support in that way. So, yes, that's true.

However, that only emphasizes the effect of price-fixing and makes it much easier for that to be done.

However, many "high end" items are used across several major build types. Those would be some of the more valuable items to "price fix." Currency/crafting items are the sort of "bulk goods" that keep pouring in, but can be very profitably manipulated and "gamed." IMO, someone who really enjoys that sort of thing likely focuses on currency markets just because they'd likely be a lot more interesting to manipulate.

Why so transparently dismissive and degrading? I'm not "crying." Is everyone that disagrees with your activities just "crying" or "whining" or is a "kid?" Or, are those the sorts of things you resort to when you have no excuse, no argument, to support the things you want to do in a game that hurt other people?

To me, this is just a game. But, even so, I wouldn't try to hurt anyone who plays it or try to take advantage of them or their needs. That's the sort of gameplay that isn't a "game" anymore...

Anyway, I haven't played in a few weeks, there's nothing left for me to buy for my builds and I've already done just about everything I wanted to do in this League. So, I'm free from the effects of "Price Fixing" in PoE... for now.
Dense fossils was the example I used because of OP. I highly doubt you've been not a kid longer than I've been alive lol.

As far as price fixing lowering the accessible market price that's usually the intended purpose. Singular uniques being meta isnt price fixing per se its inflation, it happens in any market.

And I am dismissive over the auto buyout option since chris has said in multiple questionnaires that he doesnt want console to have the auto buyout feature.

Also just an fyi if something is 5ex on PC and 5ex on xbox, guess what? The 5ex on PC is worth more because of the value ex to chaos on PC. This entire thread is irrelevant as far people crying about the tb.

Also "taking advantage of peoples needs" is the entire point of a community market driven game. You wouldnt get very far handing everything out for free and losing money on everything you sell. That's just basic capitalism, just how it is.

We just need the option to toggle a poster off so their posts don’t appear. That way the fixer is hidden and anybody can easily check and see if they’re being misled or scammed.

I don’t care who they are, but let us hide them.
And there’s no point arguing with people who constantly post trades and refuse asking in order to scam people. They aren’t honest.

Hopefully ggg will allow us to toggle them hidden or not, it’s the best solution, and unfortunately some people just have no decency.
