[3.12] Hasunic's Toxic Rain / Caustic Arrow Trickster | Leaguestarter | Ailment Immunity | SSF
Need some more help with crafting. How would you all approach this bow? Weed craft life roll off to make room for CDOT? Is that my only option? Thanks.

I know the harvest crafting a bit more now and I'll post a harvest crafting update today. It is not as OP as it could be for this build, but there are some neat tricks that you can abuse to make life easier.

Just added this harvest crafting section to the guide
Harvest Crafting Harvest features a bunch of very potent possibilities for specifically targetting mods to add or to remove. You can use some combo's to ad more mods to an item aswell. There are some good layouts for Harvest here: https://expertgamereviews.com/poe-harvest-layout-planting-tips-and-optimization/ Bow
Spoiler
There are not a ton of options to abuse this with harvest as other builds, but if you have a good bow with a free suffix you can use the "augment attack mod" and "remove attack mod and augment a new attack mod" to try and hit attack speed on the suffix.
Bear in mind that +2 bow gems are an attack mod, so if you use the remove attack mod and augment a new attack mod, you can brick your bow! It works much better with the +2 support Quiver
Spoiler
You can use harvest to craft an insane quiver. It will take some time doing so, but you will be very happy with the result.
Alt craft for T1 regular Dot Multi on the suffix using a Hunter bow. When you have the T1 regular Dot multi you can augment a chaos mod with harvest untill you have a T1 chaos Dot Multi. There are only 3 chaos mods on a hunter quiver (Chaos resistance(suffix), +2 maximum chaos resistance(prefix) and Chaos Dot multi). When you have done this step, you should have 3 suffixes on the quiver (Chaos res, Dot multi and chaos dot multi) Then you will add a life mod with augment untill you have a high life quiver. Enjoy your new strong quiver. Amulet
Spoiler
Alt craft an amulet untill you have +1 dexterity gems. Then you will augment Chaos mods untill you hit the +1 Chaos gems. There are only 4 chaos mods on a amulet (Chaos res(Suffix), Chaos dot multi(suffix), Chaos damage leeched as life(prefix) and +1 chaos skill gems(prefix).
When you have a +2 gems, 16% dot multi amulet you can now add your life by using the "Remove life mod and add a new life mod". This way you can remove the chaos damage leech mod and add regular life. Enjoy your new amulet. Ring
Spoiler
Get a good hunter ring with some free prefixes. You can use augment chaos to add the despair on hit. There are only 2 chaos mods on a Hunter ring (Chaos res and despair on hit) Keep using the remove chaos mod add chaos mod untill you have a T1 Despair on hit.
Belts
Spoiler
If you have a free prefix on your hunter belt, you can use the "augment chaos mod" to hit the chaos damage % prefix
Helmet
Spoiler
On a ilvl 85 hunter Hubris circlet there are only 2 chaos suffixes. Chaos resistance and -9% chaos resistance to nearby enemies. You can abuse this if you have a helmet with full prefixes (High ES/Life) to add the -9% chaos resistance to nearby enemies.
The list goes on, and I recommend you checking out https://poedb.tw/us/ that lists all mods on items including their mod tags, so you can abuse the harvest crafting. [3.9]Hasunic's Toxic Rain Trickster: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2712106

" Happy little accident. I had augmented t1 fire and converted to cold since I had a few fire remove / add crafts. Turns out unaffected by burning ground is a fire prefix (and your example boots have an open prefix). I rerolled into it and changed my method. My recommendation is if you want fire resist AND burning ground on there, craft cold or lightning resist and convert to fire, then augment fire again and you’ll get unaffected by burning ground. Ilvl 86 boots can roll 35 move speed but don’t count on it. You could start by taking boots and using zeal essences to get a high level move speed, then strip the boots down. You can easily get 32% that way, but tricky to get deadly ailment that way. So ilvl 86 boots, alteration and augment/regal until you get 2 good mods and one you can remove safely, including deadly ailments as one of them. Then go through the easy crafts through harvest to add resists, life, and or speed Edit: may be best to start with lightning and convert as I think cold could get you unaffected by chilled ground.
