Let's pray for the best. It would be a real shame if they nerfed this build into the ground.

To me, this build requires a decent amount of investment to be end-game viable (must-have uniques) and a steady investment to become OP (level 31 hoag, mana reservation gearcheck) which is what a well-balanced build should aspire to.

1:37:35 - Shaper's Touch and Geofri's Sanctuary will be getting nerfed.

This build is so out of line a 20% nerf in damage and durability still makes it tier 1.

I just hope they don't change radiant faith / herald of agony to something completely different.

In conjunction with the shaper's touch nerf I am hoping for something like going from 18K energy shield to 15K, 2.4 million shaper damage to 1.8 million.

The current build strength, whether it is 12K energy shield, 10 million shaper damage or 30K energy shield, 1 million shaper damage is simply absurd.

It will still be very viable in HC but I am not sure about SC, especially because we don't know how severe the nerfs will be.

They are also talking about HoAG nerfs because, lets face it, it is one of the only high DPS skill left that doesn't really need to be scaled to deal with most things quickly.

I am hoping for a 20% nerf instead of build destroying change.

Played quite a few other tier 1 builds and quickly realized the non-glass canon version of these builds can't beat Herald of Agony in real world damage. When you are dodging boss mechanisms, you are not doing damage.

Yeah, the combination of insane tankyness and actual boss dps is just too much. Historically when they nerfed a skill and it was still used heavily after that they doubled down on the nerfs (see WO).

In the best case scenario this build will be "normalized", in the worst case they could nerf every single aspect of the build individually and destroy it.

Herald of Agony already got multiple nerfs between Delve and Synthesis, but tbh so did Storm Brand and few other skills that people just kept using and using, especially for purposes like racing, speed levelling and building full tank with no dps investment and still clearing all the content. Molten strike was in the gutter whole Legion and Blight and only got slight reversal of nerfs in Metamorph because back in Synthesis people abused it on full tank Juggs and GGG didn't like it.

If they want to lower the base damage of minions, they need to increase ways of scaling minion damage.

That seems huge but what about your aura skills are disable?
Guys the league starter is HoA + herald of purity.
