Current system is fine. OP wants to know the names of sellers so that he can harrass them for selling 'overpriced'.
And that is exactly why the game will lose a tonne of players over the coming month or so as players give up when hitting a difficulty wall and not being able to get better gear cos the trade market is overpriced.
Game is great if they fix the desynch and FPS drops. Nobody quitting over market prices except for entitled players who want endgame gear in 1 week. That's not how these games work. Maybe Diablo 3 is more suited for you?

I beg to differ. Out of many friends on PSN, 3 have tried POE and all have hated it and quit within the first week. I'm pretty sure that they're representative of the average person/player. Why did they quit? Impossible to get gear, difficulty spikes that force you to get better gear (wait, you can't get it!).
The FPS, rubber banding desync issues are definitely not good for the game either.
And, I think you've missed the point of this thread - it's not about being "entitled" as you so succinctly put it, but reasonably prices on the trade market. I'm not asking for end game content to be low priced, like a single chaos orb. Again, if you'd bothered to read my initial post in the thread, you'd see that in my example Inpulsa's chest piece), it is 80X the price of the PC equivalent. That, herein, is the problem.
As to your Diablo 3 comment, I have to lol. Pretty sure I'd kick your behind in that game mate.

You assume game is dying based of 3 people in your friendlist? Lol Come on bro..
There are lots of ways to earn currency in this game. You can sell almost anything for currency. I think this game just isn't for you. Different strokes for different folks.
Impulsa = endgame. It should be normal that its hard to obtain. Price will inevitably drop just give it some time. It took me 2 weeks of farming and trading to afford my first Windripper bow. And that was only 3ex. Then some good items dropped and I made a lot of currency. Like I said this game isn't for everyone and that's ok.
I find it hard to believe you're serious and you're probably just looking for reactions. Post with your PS4 account.

No, I assume the game is dying by the extreme lack of new players in town at the various act town points at any One point of time. 4 weeks ago, it was chockers. Now it's barren and empty. Sure, some will have reached end game and be parked in their hideout etc, but the thing is, any game will not survive just based on existing players. - a constant influx of new players are needed, and that should mean that I'd be seeing characters in town, in the levelling up process. And, I'm not. I also suspect that, POE is not for your typical ARPG player - given its complexity and difficulty. A lot of players will try it and give up on it because of the difficulty spikes and lack of gear to help them through said difficulty spikes.
I spent 3 hours last night sorting out my stash, nexus items, trade items etc. Have now listed all my trade items at PC prices (courtesy of poe.trade) and selling like hotcakes. I've sold 10x more stuff in the past 24 hours than in the prior 3 weeks lol. Sure, I'm not making rip off prices like some of you, but it's better to have stuff selling than sitting on the shelves. Businesses that over price and have stock on the shelves rarely do well in the long run. It's this funny thing called the market not accepting asking prices. I suspect several players are in for a rude shock.
Again, you're either not particularly bright, or you're trying to deliberately not understand my point in this thread - I have no problem with end game items being expensive and/or difficult to obtain. i do have a problem with the state of pricing on the PS4 trade market, where, imho, items are heavily OVERPRICED beyond any reasonable and sane means.
You are free to disagree, as I am free to argue my point.

I have no issues with your statement about the game not being for everyone. I'm sure GGG is making money from the game.

Then don't buy the item if you think its overpriced.

PS: today I sold an essence worm ring for 1 exalt on HC Flashback. Overpriced? No because I was the only person selling one. Supply and demand.
