if i am correct Redemption Sentry already has 2 attacks that have always+pierce mod on attacks according to poedb, I don`t think pierce gem is that necessary .

I think Punishment sounds like the perfect mapping curse to me, especially for Redemption Sentries:

1) RS have slow attacks so potential for large overkill explosions.
2) Defensive benefit from debilitate when monsters hit you

I suppose it'll depend on the numbers. Downside is it wouldn't really work with S&S but for Pure Spectres it seems great.

As far as Projectile Weakness (now Sniper's Mark), since it's not affected by boss curse reduction, I'd probably swap to it for end game bosses depending on what it does.

Apologies if this has been covered already but I can't seem to find the info. I'm using Victario's Charity and specced into Necromantic Aaegis. Do I need this passive to proc the charges? Without it what method are we using to generate them? Thanks!

For me, Necro Aegis is a trap for new players. I never use Necro Aegis because:

1. minions kill trash mobs without frezy charge
2. you can generate frenzy charge against bosses with fast hitting spell like BL or HFT
3. you lose defense benefit from shield (Victario has 24% block, 70 life, 54% ele res, 11% chaos)
4. can't generate power charge against boss

It's good if you use something special like crafted +2/+2 shield.

the second effect that Punishment now applies which causes monsters to explode, dealing a percentage of your overkill damage to monsters around them.

This is the most interesting curse for me! I think it will make many spectres very good at map clearing because of overkill.

It will be very flexible if you can get white socket on Profane Proxy. Just swap curse to Sniper's Mark for bossing if you want more DPS.

It's less danger of taking off 6link by accident too :PPPP



I think Frostbite is still best for S&S because of extra freeze chance.

For boss fights, I use Holy Flame Totem because it also gives a regen aura for your spectres. HFT hits very quickly, so frenzy charge is no problem.

The power change needs kills, so you can never get them in boss fights anyway.

In mapping spectres will kill everything before you can hit, so no frenzy charges. but they will have full power charges all the time.

I think AtlasEyrieArcherSnipe and AtlasEyrieArcherSnipeTrickshot are two trigged abilities that are triggered by EmptyActionAttackEyrieArcherTrickshot. It has a 15s cooldown.

Cooldown is too long for any use, so they need Pierce or maybe Punishment explosion.

Don't worry about nerf too much. GGG nerfs spectres every league actually and there is still way to make them strong!
