" Not sure exactly but it isn't a cheap build. ST just doesn't scale very well compared to most abilities. Id figure at least 5-10 exalts to feel halfway decent in t15 but idk |

" If using headhunter just adjust resists accordingly, may have to lose tombfists... that claw is nice. Watcher's eye stat priority depends on all your other stats, you'll have to POB but generally Pen > everything. |
