The entitlement by govt employees is astounding. Crying on media and whatnot like they are entitled to a job/paycheck. How about quit if you don't like not getting paid? Companies delete departments all the time and employees dont stay there they quit. But somehow these people feel entitled to pay when a section of govt business is shuttered. Git R Dun! If you were told that you had to work without pay, I'm pretty sure that you wouldn't like it. It's strange to think that people are not allowed to speak up and express their views to whoever would listen. Of course you're free to interpret that as being entitled. I choose instead to interpret your complaining about them as being whiny and thoughtless. Once they're on the plantation, they don't want to get out. And why would they? The private sector expects results. Everyone made a big to-do (rightfully so, I might add) about the bankers bailed out during the Obama administration getting "golden parachutes" despite their companies losing billions of dollars. First off, said bailouts never should have happened. Second, said "golden parachutes" never should have been offered for such egregious incompetence. Finally, when a politician describes your business as being "too big to fail", they really mean "too big to succeed". PS: The Fed hasn't recorded a profit in DECADES.
