The entitlement by govt employees is astounding. Crying on media and whatnot like they are entitled to a job/paycheck. How about quit if you don't like not getting paid? Companies delete departments all the time and employees dont stay there they quit. But somehow these people feel entitled to pay when a section of govt business is shuttered.

Everyone made a big to-do (rightfully so, I might add) about the bankers bailed out during the Obama administration getting "golden parachutes" despite their companies losing billions of dollars. First off, said bailouts never should have happened. Second, said "golden parachutes" never should have been offered for such egregious incompetence. Finally, when a politician describes your business as being "too big to fail", they really mean "too big to succeed". PS: The Fed hasn't recorded a profit in DECADES.
