Dems will waste their time pushing the Russia hoax instead of doing something productive for the people who elected them. And when GEOTUS wins in 2020, it will turn out that it was all for nothing. I'll enjoy the salt maybe even more than in 2016.

Can't wait for the new liberal tears meme videos lol
Good lord man, what is happening in North Carolina?

Trump 'democracy' at play here:

"
The Republican Party and President Donald Trump have spent a lot of time issuing hysterical, racist, and evidence-free warnings about the prevalence of "voter fraud" in the U.S. as a pretext to roll back voting rights, but the GOP has been conspicuously silent after what has been described as a clear case of election fraud was discovered in North Carolina's 9th congressional district (NC-09), where a Republican candidate edged out his Democratic opponent by just over 900 votes.

"
As The Atlantic's David Graham wrote in a summary of the North Carolina accusations, "After years of insisting there's rampant election fraud in North Carolina and accusing Democrats of indifference or complicity, there's finally a case that looks like real, election-changing election fraud."

"It just so happens that it's alleged to have benefited a Republican," Graham concluded. "Suddenly, the North Carolina GOP is less concerned about the effects of fraud."

Now, according to the libs, Trump really is the anti Christ for not reciting the Apostle's Creed. How silly can they get?
Censored.

Are we really so shocked to realise that Trump is not a religious man?
It was a brilliant move :)

My favourite takeaway from Bush Snr's insistence that Trump attend his funeral is that it was his final gift to the world: at least a few solid hours of him not tweeting his unfiltered idiocy.

The fact that he was visibly sulking because it wasn't all about him for once was just a bonus.

You never cease to amaze me.

1. Debating whether Brenda Snipes is corrupt or just incompetent is not racist, hysterical, or without merit.

2. Spending decades browbeating people with fake moral outrage and then calling it suspicious when they decline to comment.

I don’t know what’s going on in NC, but I prefer it be resolved without the circus making a mockery out of U.S. institutions. I’ll wait for a court ruling, thank you.

I think you guys are ascribing too much intelligence to Bush. I think little George inherited his brains from his dad, not his mom.

I'll tell the truth; Bush was a bad president. The liberals that have been singing his praises all week used to bitch and moan about him ceaselessly. Much of it justified, imo.

Death brings out the hypocrisy in certain people like nothing else.
Censored.
Nicely put, Charan.

What we are seeing here is yet again the rise and fall of populism.

It's easy to appeal to people's hope's and dreams, and more so to their fears. The problem that is common here in Europe or across the pond, is that once they get into power, it's like they are surprised to even be there. Like a virgin, on the first night. They have little clue what to do next.

For example, in Finland we have this right-wing party (almost far-right) in a coalition government with two other centrist parties. They are called the True Finns party, and they got elected with the usual xenophobic populist rhetoric. In Finnish, it's PerusSuomalaiset, and you can translate it to also mean the Basic Finns, which is what I call them.

They have not kept a single campaign promise, about immigration or anything else for that matter. Actually, the party had massive internal problems and a huge fraction split away, leaving some fragmented remains in place. They are the least popular party in polls for some time now.

I'm seeing a similar pattern across the world. Initial hope and infatuation, followed by a terrible honeymoon, followed by reality and a crippling divorce and then finally an epiphany about future such relations.

I just hope it happens sooner rather than later, and the damage (US domestic, but also global) is not horrifically bad.
